I'm torn on my thoughts about this. On one hand I think it could be sweet, but on another I can't help but wonder if we really need another system. I dunno, I'll be watching this from a distance. Normally as an early adopter I'd jump on it but this one I'm really unsure of how it will go.

They don't have to go or and blow the budget on servers. Just lease some space at a datacenter and spin up some new VMs to help carry the load. When they aren't needed, start bringing them down but with Xmas in the not so distant future, I expect they'll need them until at least spring

I'm happy to hear a more objective view on the new controller. It looks nicer than DS3 but I can't lie when I say I felt that the DS was poorly made and just felt flimsy and cheap. WHen you say it's a little top heavy, do you mean where the light sensor is or are you talking about the handle portions that go into your palms?
