1 title does not save an entire system. Hate to break the news to you.
Such naughty language.
Hipster attitude.. "Waaaah. I can't take criticism... I'll show you meanies and cancel my game"
I'm with Nick. Both consoles are more than capable of giving us some incredible gaming experiences with some of their exclusive titles. I'm getting both and I can't wait.
Let's not forget the power behind the cloud based computing when looking at "power". The cloud should provide developers with more horsepower and infrastructure to deliver bigger and more entertaining gaming experiences.
Dead Rising 3 looks absolutely incredible. D...
toooo...many....tiles
Thought i was looking at early Win8 promo images
droves of fanboys similar to those who think that smart phones were created by CrApple?
I can't foresee this is as being any major issue...perhaps some production issues due to low ram supply, or maybe even higher cost of ram is going to cut into any projected profits. But it's likely really nothing to be concerned about if there's anything to this story at all.
My friend who works there says that there were far too many cooks in the kitchen on Trek and they lost their true focus on their goals and objectives for the title due to the in fighting and other BS that he didn't elaborate on.
And of course they'd be effed in the head to not want to release of XboxOne. They're making money with the title, no doubt they're in dire straights since they're no longer working on Halo levels and Trek basically bombed and crap...
Got mine all pre-ordered. Multiple units from different retail outlets. I'm all set.
I like what he says about the Digital content (DRM) and features being pushed for those items. Here's hoping that means family share comes back for those titles...Which is pretty well how I expected them to go in the first place.
If they do allow for mods, I would absolutely kill for a port of Left 4 Dead 2 over to Xbox One just for the community created levels alone.
"gay" is far from being a "good descriptive word" for how something looks. "Cookie cutter", "boring" hell, I think people could even support "shitty" in some cases (I'm not in that camp mind you).
Knucklehead is what I would call a good descriptive word for you though. A little tame but it drives the point home pretty effectively.
Find a better profile pic? LOL just because you haven't seen a pair like...
"...looked pretty gay..."? what are you 8yrs old? grow up and find a better analogy.
Truth be told, I get bored of most games after about 20hrs of game play. Especially FPS games(with exception for Left 4 Dead 1 and 2). The only ones that can hold my attention for months or even years are the really big open world RPGs like Fallout 3/New Vegas/Skyrim or GTA.
"Knowing your undying allegiance to Sony, I don't think it would matter if you labeled it as such. Really just sounds like you're still looking and hoping for things to complain about."
Well said by you man. Bubs for speaking the totally obvious truth.
The at home development team may not be making the next Watchdogs...but with the right recipe and enough hits, they could be in the future which is really what this is all about. Growing the industry, allowing average joes/weekend code monkey's a chance to maybe show something off on a wider scale than they ever would have been able to do.
Further, I think that MS sees the value for small indie/home devs based on what they've done with cell phones. Give some of those ...
How is this back peddling if they never divulged their stance in the first place?
Whet did anyone see clear demonstration on what their policies were going to be with respect to indie?
Alone in the Dark was also a very important franchise at one time. I also think that some of the point and click horror story PC Games from the 90s were extremely influential in the gaming narrative we play today.
I would have to agree with the title statement alone.
very true. I have little to no faith in what Nintendo is doing now. Make your first party titles and sell them to the systems that matter.
