They didn't delay it because they felt it was a sub par product. My buddy said they all just found out the same day we did and that the reasons they delayed the release because there are more features that they hadn't yet disclosed they want to build upon. He says that as awesome as the game is in it's current state, we'll all be very happy when it ships.

With Watch Dogs out, I'm looking forward to this even more than I already was.
My buddy who was an environment artist made silly money at Rockstar and even though he didn't much like the crunch time, he always said the bonuses would make up for it. A sorry time after that game became a success he received a fat check and was more than pleased.
This makes me very very sad. I emailed my buddy to ask if he knew this was coming or not. He's yet to respond so my guess is this was a bombshell for him as well.

I liked the game well enough, I didn't love it though.
I had the pleasure of going to the EA HQ a few years ago, and they had a store at the front of the building with all their games in there for a paltry $5 each. They also had all kinds of EA branded merchandise for crazy cheap. It makes total sense to do this for their employees.

Looks pretty decent but I'm not a real big fan of games where the developer takes the cheap and easy way out by not giving the main character an actual body.
My buddy is working on this game and he says this game is every bit as amazing as people hope. I'm hoping to get to go and play it in the next 2 weeks

I found the overall soundtrack of this album to be lackluster as well. That's not to say there aren't a few songs that I like because there are about 5...which isn't very many. Of all the games in the series, this one has fewer songs that I actually enjoy listening to in the car so I normally turn the radio off now.

That guy's "Music" had NOTHING to do with any of the creation of the game nor did it influence anyone to purchase the title.
My brother who has a 100MB service says the PS download speeds are atrocious. He downloaded full games on XBL in about 30 minutes whereas he can't even get a proper game update in less than an hour from start to finish.
It's because they want to polish some of the features and other aspects of the game that they haven't yet announced or spoken about. My buddy who works on the title said those exact words to me yesterday. He says it will be well worth the wait.
