No way did the 360 introduce HD gaming... lol it did'nt even have HDMI for god's sake until after the PS3 came out.

Well my experience with live and PSN Network is that Live is not worth it.
I want lag I'll game on the pc.
PSN being Free is a huge bonus plus my experience has been the PSN Network is vastly superior in performance as in like little lag if any at all and much faster downloads via there PSN store.
PSN FTW.
If Microsoft only spent half the time in better research and development on there hardware than giving free advertising to Sony they may not have the issues with there dodgy console.
You want reliability or a guarantee of a product that will have an issue at some point.

Agreed in early days of Blu Ray but down under I've being noticing alot of New release movies by the major retailers being as little as $3 between the standard dvd and Blu Ray on initial release.
Having the Dark Night on both dvd and Blu Ray the extra few bucks is worth it but as things progress and the Blu Ray momentum keeps building the retailers will start being so competitive with each other these prices will drop dramatically.

Nice to have a system that I have not needed to replace 4 times.

25.1 regardless if you believe that i'm reassuring myself of my purchase I can accept I may be wrong on percentages of different game types on either system but after 4 dud 360's I think I don't need to reassure myself on my decision to purchase the vastly superior build quality and reliability of the Playstation 3 .

GEEZEUS if the 360 hadn't RROD cause KZ2 would have pushed it over the edge it probally eat the damn disc so probally have to buy 2 copies so you got backup when it spits it out at you.
Playstation brand is known for catering to a variety of gaming tastes and unlike the limited variety on the 360 which is mostly mind numbing shooter after shooter.
