android is kind of java dependent, it generally wouldnt work well as a platform dedicated to gaming
through remote play, all ps1 games work
heres one reason to not wait:
in the real world, if no one buys something it gets discontinued. for platforms its doubly so, they need a strong userbase to attract potential developers to attract a larger userbase.
the more interest thats shown for the vita, the more interest sony will show for the vita, that is to say, if you support the vita today, sony will support you tomorrow.
ill kill some of these for you, at least show you how you wont be getting all 5
1.4g wont have data plans suitable for psvita needs anytime soon, sony could have put 4g in right now, they didnt because it wouldnt work.
2.there will never be a HDD in any portable without having a much larger battery, and a much larger device, which brings me to...
3.you want a hdd, a bettery battery and smaller device? not going to happen, if anything it'l...
lots of nis published games, for instance are sold out at some stores on launch day and they generally dont do reprints
lol, im going to have two 4gb cards also, ill just store all my minis on one of them, which because of PS+ is like 40-50 minis lol
seems like a good use of a 4 gb card
depends on quality, textures and colors used. one isnt necessarily bigger than the other. nathan drake in uncharted GA probably takes more storage then any single character from blazblue, though im not sure about the texture quality available in vita games
seriously lol, they need to bring psn prices down as the retail price drop. some games dont seem like theyve dropped price at all since release, just sat there.
im not sure why this is a revelation to you, of course a company wants money, without it they cant be a company anymore.
anyways, while im sure money was a deciding factor in the ps2 bc removal, it wasnt the only one. emulators are tough work, not all games are made the same way and need to be tested quite thoroughly and have the proper changes made. sony could probably get it to work, but it would cost them quite a bit of money, way more then they would ever possibly hope to...
wow lol, thats crazy, crazy awesome!
if you have an internet connection you can play ps1 games on vita, with remote play.
cant wait until i can play them straight from my vita though :(
on a side note, i hope they improve remote play a great deal. they should let me play lots of games, not just ps1 games/minis and a few others
nier has the best ending ive ever experienced, play through them all! (in order ... :) )
some states have tax on amazon because of warehouse location - oh, and everyone in the US has tax on amazon, its just that many dont pay it. you should be declaring things that you bought and werent taxed for on your taxes so that you can pay them there.
your console wouldnt be any cheaper if they didnt put multimedia features into it. these features are cheap and easy to make and give the console a lot more functionality
the only price you have to pay for multimedia is through a subscription based models (such as live, everyone paying for live is paying like a 700% markup of what it should actually cost in engineering terms), if sony or microsoft didnt put these in, they would save money, not you (on the hardware).

if more people bought new games, more developers would make more new games, but people buy more sequels then they buy new games, so we get more sequels.
the name is pretty irrelevant though, if a game is good, its good, if they want to call a good games by a popular name, thats fine with me, if they want to call it by a new name, thats fine with me too. if they call a bad game by a popular name, im still not going to like it though.
no, i dont see why prices would go down. the whole point would be to make more money, and you generally dont make more money by selling at a lower cost.
the only reason that i might not get vita right away is because theres no ps1 compatibility, i want to play my other games also, and am seriously considering putting the vita off for a while and picking up a psp while i wait. i have lots of ps1 classics, but since i dont have a psp anymore i havnt played them.
i want to get uncharted for vita, but the rest of the games i can wait for so really, all i would want it for is uncharted and ps1/psp games, but if theyre not going to...
when you give flexibility, you remove power, sony can definitely put an option in for developers to use only half the resources so that you can run other apps with the other half, but seriously, its a gaming machine, its for gaming, and thats what it does best.
there are complaints about how consoles are trying to be media centers and not gaming consoles, when sony acts on it they get criticism? i hope youre not one of the people who complain about having media options other ...
a year ago the consensus was that $400 would be a good price for the hardware in the vita, at the price announcement people went crazy when it was only 250, a day before launch? people want cheaper
best mistake you've ever made?
