Please make a list of games that had Switch versions that launched at the same time as the current consoles.

Many devs have said they don't make games for the Switch specifically because of the hardware.

The 3'rd party Switch ports have had to be more or less been redeveloped from the ground up and then many of them still don't run good.

From a development point of view two xbox's just means more work more time and more development costs.

But that's not a joke... Microsoft just wants subs to gamepass they don't care if it means continuing to support 10 year old laptops.

The problem is Microsoft doesn't care if it holds back gaming, they want to sell games to the lowest common denominator old ass PC's. They have zero motivation to move gaming forward all they care about is how many subscriptions they can get.

It's the same old cross gen BS from Microsoft. The sad fact is Microsoft doesn't actually want a next gen because what they want is to keep selling games (subscriptions) to people with old potato PC's and laptops forever.

Sony is the only gaming company that is dedicated to true next gen experiences. Micrsoft has really opened the door for Sony to separate the console from the PC like we had back in the PS2 days.

No thanks on proprietary audio designed for movies, I'd much rather have custom designed for gaming 3D audio that can support things like sound reflections and dampening due to object interference which can also support more than double the amount of sources as Atmos.

The Tempest Audio is far more advanced for gaming than Atmos, it's not even close.

It's a console that's 4tf aimed at 1440p versus a 6 tf console aimed at 4k.

It's not more powerful.

Why is this surprising? Most Japanese people don't know about American super heroes besides Spider-Man Batman and Superman. Western comic books are extremely niche in Japan.

It's just a really dumb design. They market it as standing uright but then they have that big stand at the bottom because apparently Microsoft engineers don't understand that airflow requires both an intake and an outward vent. That's across two platforms and that PSNow figure was months ago and Sony has clearly stated it's seen strong growth.

But again who cares, gamepass exists because Microsoft couldn't sell their crappy unfinished MTX filled games.

I would much rather Sony keep making GOTY quality games and selling them traditionally instead of giving them away then having to fill them with micro-transactions to pay for development.
