1. Around the start of next gen GameStop literally made a press release talking about how they were going to try to keep new games competitive with used games.

But that is exactly what happened the publishers kept pressuring GameStop to raise used prices to keep people buying new copies. And on top of that tried to keep people from buying used games like EA's project $10 and putting codes in bundles instead of disks and even Microsoft's attempt...

I feel like I would be kind of pissed if I was an X owner. They are creating a lower spec console than what you have but not letting you play the new games. Ya know I could understand if the SSD was the limiting factor but they used an SSD that could be matched by an external USB SSD so that's not really an excuse.
They had the whole forward compatibility thing which makes more sense now but then they removed it from their big upcoming games so now X owners are really...
