It sounds to me like this kid has no business running any kind of company or businessl.

He's been known to disappear for days or weeks at a time without telling anyone, where, why, or when he was going? He has a habit of ignoring his people in his company?

You can't expect to successfully run a lemonade stand like that, much less something like this.

Oh no, I never meant to sound like it should be a main motivator. I don't think anyone bases their whole decision on whether the console has BC or not.

But I do believe it should be included.

I would have to say no.

It would have to be an Eternal Darkness title.

Even if they announce something in the process, they would still have to prove that it is in active development. Even then, they would have a certain amount of time to actually make something before the rights revert.

This is the kind of thing that happens with the Marvel movies. Fox owned the rights to Daredevil movies. The time was coming to have the rights revert back to Marvel, so Fox did what they could to get another movie in production, but the director dropped out a...

People still play this?

Thats because they've always had all intentions of releasing it in the US.

No other titles get this amount of attention in the US if they are not going to release it here.

Anyone that thought there was even a small chance this game wasn't coming to the US is crazy.

It was one of the first titles shown when they revealed the PS4, not to mention all the news we've getting for it.

They wouldn't do all that and then NOT release it in the US.

Can any of you think of any other titles that got this amount of news and attention that didn't end up getting released in the US?

I s...

This complaint always bothered me. UMvsC3 had plenty of X-Men characters. 7 of the characters were X-Men. Granted I think they should have had Cyclops in there, as he was a classic character from the previous games.

However, it was a MARVEL game, not an X-MEN game. Especially when you consider that not a single Fantastic Four character was in the game, aside from Super Skrull. But i'm sorry, that doesn't make up for not having any of the actual F4 in it.

It isn't a complete disaster, but when you look at the sales vs the PS4 sales, worldwide, I have to think they didn't get out of it unscathed.

I don't know. Backwards compatibility is pretty important to a lot of people.

I can't even tell you how many PS2 games I played through again on my PS3. It was a good time killer any time there was a slow period between games that I was waiting for to come out. Every gamer hits that slump every now and then where nothing new has come out for a little while, you're bored with the games you've got, and you're just waiting for that next game to come out an...

Spider-Man's rights, in general, never left Marvel. Only his MOVIE rights.

The reason ALL Spider-Man games are made through Activision is because Marvel is the one that gave them the rights to make games. Even Spidey's non-movie based games are made by Activision.

You have to remember that even though Sony and Fox may have the film rights, Marvel still has a dog in the race because they are still making money off the movies that get made. Its the...

Actually, Sony owns the MOVIE rights to Spider-Man. Fox owns the MOVIE rights to X-Men and their related characters, and Fantastic Four.

The movie studios don't fully own the characters' rights, they only own the rights to make movies based on them.

Any games that get made are being done through a completely different deal between Marvel and said video game company.

To this day Chromehounds is the greatest mech game ever created.

It just came out too early in the life of the 360 and didn't sell well.

That was fantastic!

The Wii is Nintendo's last geb system. The Wii U is the system that Nintendo put out to compete with the current gen, even though it came out a year earlier.

Thats like saying that because Xbox 360 came out almost a year before PS4, that it then became a last gen system.

It doesn't work like that.
