Yeah man. I get it. Games are certainly not for everyone. Hell, I can't bring myself to finish The Last of Us...or even play it for longer than 6 or 7 hours the 3 separate times I've given it a try. For some reason it just does nothing for me. I know it's a beautifully well made game and there's no reason why it just doesn't grab me the way it does most people.
But yeah, if it's not your thing there's nothing wrong with that. At least you aren...
It was built entirely from the ground up. Even the engine is new.
All old and returning characters have updates to their look as well as their abilities and special moves.
All stages have updated lighting and shadow effects
It has a brand new story mode
Voice actors returned to do new voice acting, including David Hayter for Solid Snake
But yeah. Keep saying it's the same game. It's kind of cu...
Yeah man, what you described is a huge oversimplification.
MOST fighting games take a huge amount of skill to master. That's the appeal. Learning your favorite character to the point that you can perform all of their best moves and combos, knowing their strengths and weaknesses, and then testing your skill against other players. It's extremely satisfying when you get really good.
But if you are not big into competitive multiplayer then I can under...
I'm sure he does. But he's an obvious troll. He never says anything remotely positive about anything and then never replies to anyone. It's pretty much the textbook definition of troll.
Not any joke I've ever heard of.
One of the most overused complaints by people that hate Switch is that they only have ports.
This isn't a port. But please continue forming opinions around false facts.
Okay, now it's not funny.
It's one thing to release a horrendously disappointing game. It's another thing to false advertise pre-order items to your customers. But this kind of takes things to a whole new level.
Me too! I only played Metroid Prime 1. So I feel like I need this before 4 comes out.
Technically indefinitely means there is no set date.
But when most people and companies use the word it means never.
Fair enough. Sadly enough I haven't actually played the new God of War. I fully plan on it. Just haven't gotten to it yet.
This I can't argue with...
No. What makes good story-telling is how the game is set up. For instance, it doesn't matter if a game is an RPG or not. What matters is whether its linear or open-world.
Its much harder to tell a good story in an open world environment where the player can choose to run off and not do any story missions for days or weeks on end. That totally messed up the pacing of the story. I've played plenty of Open World games where I've gone off to do side missions and by ...
Court of Owls was fantastic and is one of the most praised storylines by both fans and critics of the past decade...
Court of Owls was the best Batman story of the last decade. This has me interested even though I would love a Flash or Green Lantern game.
Could you imagine what they could do with Green Lantern? Make it a Mass Effect style game that spans the entire universe with multiple galaxies and planets to go to.
Since a Green Lantern's abilities are only limited by the person's imagination and strength of Will Power they could literally put 100's of ...
The actual Suicide Squad would be a great game! Just as long as it isn't whatever that nonsense movie was supposed to be.
@ rainslacker
Yeah man. The article is 100% about them not using a Native American as the voice actor for a Native American character.
Managers and employees are one thing. I'm talking about the big decision makers of the company. The ones that decide whether to open 3 separate stores withing 10 minute driving distance of each other. The ones deciding that half the store should be filled with overpriced collectibles that don't sell well.
These are not things the managers decide.
Also, how does this lady even know that a true Native American voice actor was available for this game?
How does she know if any were approached or not? How does she know that they didn't have some audition and their voices just weren't what the studio was looking for? Or maybe the ones that auditioned just weren't convincing voice actors?
This is a big problem with her argument. She's just assuming that no Native Americans were taken into...
The "victims" were running around as a group wearing nothing but tighty whitey underwear and telling other Male players in the world that they thought their outfits were "cute". And we only know that because that's what one of the "victims" said. Who knows what else they might have said.
So lets try to be a little more realistic.
1. This is a game where the entire point is to be able to kill other players. Whether you hav...
