Agreed. But then when you look at the PR nightmare since launch and how it seems like they can't get anything right and it just makes you wonder what the hell happened to Bethesda.
It was always accepted that Bethesda released buggy games. But it was generally okay because they were not game breaking bugs and the game itself was always still fun as hell. But then '76 came out and it's like Bethesda has been overrun by all new people. Did something happen? Are t...
I just ordered my copy yesterday and it should be here today. I cannot wait to get my hands on this game!
But look at that thumbnail of him wearing his glasses! Glasses make you smart, right?
Oh really? So he claimed those Nintendo games were licensed to him? Somehow I highly doubt that lol.
My big problem with Arkham Knight is that they removed any semblance of boss fights and replaced them with Batmobile fights against tanks or killing a certain amount of drones in a certain time frame. They even made almost all of the big Riddler puzzles Batmobile related. But still, the big crime is getting rid of boss fights. The most epic part of all 3 of the other Arkham games were the boss the boss fights. The introduction of a villain and knowing you are about to go toe to toe with one o...
I just wish they didn't get rid of all the boss fights for Batmobile "boss fights".
This article should be called "How Bethesda lost its soul".
Fallout is just a game. Bethesda are the ones that make it.
Well if you don't already have a gaming PC capable of running games with 60fps or better then you already have been waiting, no?
What a shame. Titanfall 2 was a fantastic game. It had a great campaign and the online multiplayer was fantastic. It was the better of the 3 shooters that released that year. Unfortunately EA screwed it over and chose to release it in between CoD and Battlefield, the two behemoths of online shooters. And to top it all off they didn't even advertise for it.
This game deserved so much more than it got.
Because the campaign is well worth $6.
"Just Cause 4: Six Reasons Why It Is the Perfect Jumping off Point for Beginners"
Uh.....Jumping off point for beginners? So beginners shouldn't even try it?
I think it should say it is the perfect jumping ON point lol.
Will there be a 3rd playable character? The original had 3 playable characters and 2 and 3 had 4 playable characters. I expect at least 1 more character.
The original sprites for SoR1 were thin and tall.
2 and 3 looked very different, and they looked much better because of it.
I had Streets of Rage 1-3 on my Genesis. Without question SoR1 was awesome when it came out. But 2 and 3 totally blew it away. The graphics and sound were so much better. They were on a whole other level.
But hey, they couldn't have gotten to 2 and 3 without 1 being great!
Games did lose that charm. No question about it.
But the great thing is that some developers are fantastic at recapturing that charm when making these retro style games.
This. Ninja Gaiden 3 happened and it sucked balls. And these days if 1 game fails you can pretty much forget another sequel.
It's sad too because Ninja Gaiden 1 and 2 were phenomenal.
Being underpowered isn't a huge deal if they have great games. But the lack of exclusives and all the other BS at launch is what really killed Xbox One. And on top of all that it $100 more expensive.
But they drove away a ton of fans when they started talking about the DRM and always online console. Games you could only play on YOUR console even with a disc. Then the way their PR machine handled questions around those things. Telling fans if they didn't like it they...
A large part of it depends on which console releases first and the price.
If they both release within months of each other again then it won't matter.
Things MS NEEDS to do to stay in the game next gen:
1. Release XboxTwo within the same time frame as PS5. (Like this gen. Release months apart from PS5, and preferably first.)
2. Make it the same price or even cheaper. MS can't afford to let Sony undersell them ...
Yes, but Street Fighter 5 is a bit different than Persona 5. Street Fighter 5 was only made because Sony funded it. SF5 isn't going anywhere. For better or worse.
SFV is a great game.
It had issues at launch. Mostly releasing with almost no content. But that didn't affect the core gameplay, which is fantastic.
