And sad simultaneously.
-"I was against that in the first place but seeing how rabid xbox fanboys got about AcK deal"
Newsflash: if seeing how other people react to big publisher acquisitions is enough to change your mind, you likely didn't have a principled stance against these kinds of acquisitions to begin with. This is just a self-report.
A part of me isn't thrilled to (potentially) continue this conversation via comment section, but here goes nothing.
What *specific* example(s) within this comment section do you find worrying for getting marked? Because I've skimmed through a couple of the ones I didn't touch and they seemed like fine examples to mark to prevent derailment. I think you have to consider a slightly broader view when it comes to reining in the topic at hand, especially since it...
I've been with this site for a while now and it *STILL* can surprise me.
Pretty much. It's nigh impossible for some posters to read between the obvious lines if a comment doesn't end with /s. It's wild.
Hard to say, but an underdog like MS will get back up and keep fighting.
Not quite.
CMA punching down against the little guy. smh
It's neat when their highest-rated game is one I didn't know about before. Can of Wormholes sounds like a crazy puzzler.
And Deceive Inc.
I want to get to that one soon.
@TylerDurden1
Eh, I'd still think that'd only paper over its more inherent flaws.
-"And even in the first game nothing was broken or outright bad mechanically, narrative wise, etc."
You and I are simply on different wavelengths here. An incomplete story, some of the most restrictive level design placed in a TPS, peppered with obnoxious QTEs, and dreadful design decisions like the Matrix slow-mo insta-kill move. So ma...
I think that speaks to its strengths when even disliking this 'style' of game can still have you give it due credit too.
With such limited mechanics & stagnant design? I doubt it.
100%
Even with that vague warning (before playing), I was caught off-guard in *how* it hits you.
*Naughty Dog/Iron Galaxy teamup went well...
Bro... it's so easily inferred by the text and the link to Naughty Dog's official blog on TLOU Pt. 1 PC:
"As we began development in-house, we wanted PC players to experience an amazing story that truly lasts the test of time while maintaining the equally high-quality bar across both PC and PlayStation consoles."

Most evidence points to ND handling the brunt of the work.
Yeah, but it just feels so empty by the end.
-"Only did the one ending."
I tried out of the less-popular other ones and it was as anti-climatic as I expected. lol
True, but it's a nice diversion from the regular stuff.
-"I hope Sony buys From Software and Capcom and/or Square Enix"
If you're so against that tactic, why did you say this in your first comment?
