Syndicate's big saving grace will soon be erased for good. I'll give *some* credit to EA in keeping servers up for 10+ years.
I'll keep an eye on it, but I'd be more excited for Moss: Book III.
Figured they'd been doing this for a decade already.
I will never understand the sustained engagement with such a wildly inconsistent series.
100% it was. The Remake's Ishimura ranks up there as one of the most iconic survival-horror locations.
Yep. Deliver Us The Moon is the first in this series.
Same. I'm not even sure if they have a release window for 2023.
A relatively positive month overall. 7 is *slightly* generous to Deliver Us Mars, but it's definitely a better sequel.
100% agree.
It's really uncomfortable to see certain critics brazenly admit they're not going to give this game a fair shake.
Because it's not about the game being a few weeks old, it's about reviving this old argument of aspects *outside* the game itself influencing the review. So long as sites continue doing this, it'll be a hot topic.
@Vegeance1138
You know that's not the case. And phrasing it like "becoming normal people again" is a distasteful way of putting it. You can go about criticizing the review w/out doing that.
Disagree. The 1st-person space simulation level was pretty damn cool, but the rest is kinda uninteresting in its design.
@Crows90
Fair enough. But I'm just using that term loosely with regards to what's categorized as Soulslikes. I see Nioh listed among them all the time.
I think the thing is *the gap* between that and From Software titles though. You'd think it have the same grab as Dark Souls for being one of the best clones.
At least, that's how I interpret the meaning.
It's even weirder what they've done for physical copies. Buy the standard edition & Bite Back steelbook (& goodies) separate? Huh? Why not just group a Collector's Edition?
EA's 1st Party (usually) = -_-
EA Originals = ^-^
Quantum Break
Me when I see the review I agree with.
It's valuable to have this score spread, but c'mon now.
For what it's going for, it really is good. It's going to depend heavily on how much you jive with scrapbooking your photos & recordings as the core mechanic.
Gotcha. I don't mean the Simulator comparison as a dig by default, but more of a value-neutral assessment. I might pick up Job Sim later on.
