sonics acceleration is rubbish on the first game. thats why they added the rev up thing on sonic 2.
they wont ship the games out to every company at the same time. If one store gets it earlier than another then they have an unfair advantage as they have paid the same amount for the stock.
extra lanuages, tax, and the cost of doing business shipping etc is higher.
I doubt you would be banging on about rules and regulations if you had accidently managed to get a copy early.
to get a 360 and a wii for the same price as a ps3. Hence the idea that to cover gaming needs one should opt for that as opposed to a PS3. Addmitiedly this was just some thing spouted by MS, but still it caught on.
this is just good marketing, heat up the wars create more traffic, get more hits etc.
only thing I can't work out on the sites is what there is to gain from traffic, no ads etc. But then again who knows what other sites this bloke owns?

5 and 6 were probably my faves. the jobs system in 5 was brilliant.
Chrono trigger would benefit more from a remake than ff7.
they remade ff3 in 3d, and are doing 4 now. Those 2d games are great too but surely the kids you're talkin of are more likely to give a 3d game a chance than a 2d one.
also ff7 had static backgrounds how often did the camera move about when out of battle? so the same changes in gameplay would apply as in chrono trigger.
but 7 is an amazing game. replayed it last year.
4 is being redone prob 5 n 6 too (but are getting a 3d makeover). I Think square are alright with tampering with the past.
There isn't that much they can mess up with 7 it was already 3d (bar static backgrounds), the Materia system will still be excellent, the story isn't lacking by any means, they jus have to tart it up.
