There's so many games- Uncharted 3, Skyrim, Battlefield 3, Dark Souls, etc.
But, if I can only have one, it'll be Resident Evil 4 HD.

This arrived a bit late...
I've only played Silent Hill: Origins on the PSP of the recent ones.
Before that the last Silent Hill games I played were the Silent Hill 1, 2(Director's Cut) and 3 trilogy.
Anyway, Origins was a great game, legitimately scary, and it fit in my pocket.
In other words, it was nearly perfect- exactly what a PSP Silent Hill should be, aside from a few slight issues.
I love COD4 and still play it sometimes.
After skipping COD5, I bought and platinumed MW2, but traded it as I felt COD4 was better online (personal preference only, most of my friends said the opposite).
I bought Black Ops, but got bored of the online and offline rather quickly. I traded it in probably too hastily, I think I was just jaded of shooters for a while.
I'll probably pick up MW3 a month or two after release, but it's not the most anticipated game on ...

I have Final Fantasy VII on my PSP, and it is (of course) utterly fantastic, but it takes up a LOT of room.
When you consider that at this stage I think that the only pre-PS2 Final Fantasy games NOT on the PSN are III and V, and they'll probably be released soon, plus the likes of Dissidia, Dissidia 012 Duodecim and Crystal Defenders are there, there is a LOT of Final Fantasy goodness waiting for download.

The 3G is a good point, but I'm not convinced about the camera. Plus, the 3G will not be in every Vita.
Either way, the mobile phone is king.

The mods from Unreal Tournament were the best of PC mods, as far as I remember.
I wish more games allowed even that though.
Mirror's Edge would be the one I want the most.
Wouldn't say no to a new GTA or Half-Life though.
