Let me break it down for you: Digital artwork DOES NOT qualify as a "screenshot". An actual screenshot is a single-frame screen capture from in-game, either gameplay or cgi. Got it? Good. :o

This is a brand new XBLA title, and one of the most impressive to date (still under 50mb, even though MS upped the size limit to 250mb awhile back...yet, it looks AMAZING). Considering this is free to ALL 10 million subscribers, that MORE than covers the petty $5 million lawsuit. Hell, they'll even be giving refunds to those that already bought it. One thing I'm not sure about, is how the dev will be compensated for this, if at all. Maybe MS pays a predetermined amount for completed XBLA...

You can bet your azz they thought they'd be where the Wii currently is. Sony fans are quick to forget/ignore the arrogant statements made early on by Kutaragi and Co. I don't know ONE PERSON who actually took on a 2nd job, just so they could rush out and get a PS3...like Kutaragi said they would.

You WILL see PLENTY from those games. It's just now the 2nd week of JANUARY, genius. The only reason we've seen so much of PS3's heavy hitters of '08, is because they SHOULD have come out LAST YEAR.
Did you really just say KZ2 was a proven franchise??? Killzone was an overhyped, self-proclaimed Halo-killing, FAILURE. If anything, KZ2 has THE MOST to prove, of any game coming out this year.
Fable was a AAA title for the XBOX, and Alan Wake is coming from a dev that only knows how to make AAA titles. And if you think Gears of War...a franchise that launched with sales over 5 million worldwide, ISN'T proven, then you're obviously smoking some funky sh1t. 0_o

Name me ONE JRPG where that ISN'T the case...just ONE. Hell, the most famous JRPG franchise of ALL TIME, Final Fantasy, is NOTORIOUS for it's not-so-gender-specific primary characters.

...but reviewers ALL agreed that the Wii version was BY FAR the sloppiest, and ugliest version of the 3 ; the highly-touted Wii controls were some of the worst ever conceived for a game.
We all first saw the Heavy Rain tech demo nearly 3 YEARS ago, and yet the only "new" content they show us...after all this time...are screens from that demo, and up-close shots of a character model. With any luck, this game will launch in the final year of the PS3. :o
