If you care about these things you should get a PC. It's the only place where you have control over settings like fps and resolution.
I'm playing alot of the crew atm. I couldn't imagine playing that game at 30 fps. It actually is harder to play with half the frames available. Less responsive etc. There are some games which I never even think about the frame rate and even dips to 25-30 are acceptable. But fps and racing games need constant 60fps otherwise it just doesn...
IMHO the tension and atmosphere of the first one was never reached again. Thank god for the remake. It's one of the best games ever.
If you want a big visual upgrade over ps360 you need to go for pc. Get a decent cpu and a gtx970 best bang for the buck gpu EVER. Cheaper than ps4 but so much more power.
I will get the console with the best exclusives eventually. But not now. I already have a wii u (totally worth it if you enjoy nintendo games).
I also bought a used ps3 very cheap and spent the summer playing amazing exclusives which I bought for about 100$ total (yes for alle the amazing ps3 exclusives).

Not worth it. I just bought a new graphics card for my PC (gtx970) which is the better deal atm. It costs less than the ps4 but plays something like AC unity with 35-60 fps in 1080p with better textures/effects than ps4. Compared to the 20-30 fps on the ps4...
I'll get the ps4 when the ps5 comes out just for the exclusives. Did it the same way with the ps2 and ps3.
I'm against that because of story reasons. The devs want to tell a story and they have designed characters for it. They have freedom of speech and can do whatever they want with their characters.
If they realise 3 male characters fit their story that is FINE. If they wanna make a 3 female gta next that is FINE. At least as long as the are not forcing themselves to satisfy any society fotm bullshit.
And I'm just sitting here hoping we are getting some quality gameplay and bug free games in 2015....

They should make the space exploration part too that was planned for mass effect originally. It was planned to have 3 aspects:
-3rd person shooter rpg
-space shooter dogfight / planet landing
-planet exploration with mako

I own ever other ubisoft title for the wii u except just dance. But this one? I think I'm gonna pass.. Half a year late, framerate issues? Maybe if it's on sale much later on. Plus, the game is not that interesting to me.
I don't know, I've played them all and it's still fun. The graphics are amazing (pc) in unity and I really like the main character after connor and the pirate (can't even remember the name). They could have done a lot more with the story of course. But as I've just said it's fun and that is all that counts.

Drive club is not really interesting. I don't care about what is going to be released "soon" and I'd say most of us played alot of last of us already. 400$ is a lot of money to get a resolution update for my favorite game^^
PS4 still has to prove itself in terms of games. The wii u for example has already done that. You get the system and chose from a variety of exclusives that are simply amazing.

I consider myself a core gamer I'm doing it since 20 years. I have a wii u and I had a wii because they are different. They offer a new experience.
People here always cry about how lame it is to get the same game every year. Cod, AC, Fifa, Gta etc. Half the industry stopped making new games a long time ago. And people cry about it every day!

IMHO they should be sued for the way they handle this. They get off way too easy. Imagine they would do that in any other industry...
There are basically no third party studios left. Ubisoft already said that watchdogs was their last game for wii u.
So i still keep my wii u for mario/zelda and of course my most anticipated game: Xenoblade X. Bug it's a good thing I have a gaming PC for all the other stuff or I would be bored...
I've got a wii u a PC and a ps3. I, eventually buy watchdogs for the wii u. Because wii u is the best system for any open world game. But I absolutely won't spend full price on a port that comes over half a year late and is already cheaper on other systems. Just no.
