I find it kind of ironic that the piece of technology most widely blamed for the high price and delayed launch of the PS3 might turn out to be its biggest strong point in the next five years.
I'm wondering about this too: is it better to go first, or to go last?
I think in this case first is better, because if Microsoft unveils motion controls on the Xbox 360, then Sony's presser will seem less exciting.

THat's really interesting about Shadow of the Colossus 2. Of course Sony will try to squeeze every penny from the franchise, what with the feature film coming out and all. But shadow of the Colossus PSP?!? that's just crazy talk.
Cool music, and knowing EA they will probably slap it all over their snowboarding/burnout/sports titles until we're all sick of hearing them.
But here we are talking about this (generic) game, which makes their marketing stunt even that much more impressive.

I get the impression that they could load ISOs right now if they wanted to, but these hackers are anti-piracy and have blocked the necessary calls to run PSX or ISO backups.
I would say that there is more of a chance of an Apple console than a new Sega machine at this point. Many people don't realize that Apple is sitting on more than $24 Billion cash in hand. They could buy EA completely and still have change left over for Take Two.
That's wack that Activision pretty much stole their idea. Activision stands to make way more money from their game, since they are a bigger company.
