Considering I just came back from camping with friends and brought my PS3 and 360, you guys apparently have no idea.

Not everyone wants to play cards at night, or kayak, hike, or fish in the dark.

It is a completely valid complaint, but SimCity was a great success, am I right?

Sure, if you're connected to Internet. Want to take your Xbone camping, to the cabin, in your RV, to an area with no Internet? Sorry, won't work.

I call bullshit on Microsoft's cloud computing claims.

You mean charging $5 for a registry tweak? Unfortunately not, but gamers keep opening their wallets to such incredible stupidity.

Enjoy your Forza and Kinect 2.0 Sesame Street. When you're done playing those games you can always use your Xbox to watch TV.

Interesting example you chose. NOT ONE smart TV manufacturer charges you to access Facebook, Youtube, Pandora, or any other Internet content through the TV. Not one.

Anyone that defends any Kinect related game has to be. I have never been as disappointed with a product as much as Kinect.

The problem with micro-transactions, as pointed out on several different articles and blogs on the subject, is that in a $60 game you have no idea exactly how in-game purchases or lack thereof will affect your outcome and enjoyment of the game until you purchase the game.

The other issue with in-game purchases is that game studios now have no incentive to offer the best and fullest game experience for your $60. There is a financial incentive to only offer what they think is t...

Yes, the Pirates RPG cancellation is another gaming tragedy.

11. Indiana Jones: Staff of Kings

I'm still bitter about this cancellation. A very watered down version of this game was released for the Wii, PS2, PSP, and DS, but it was a shadow of what was promised for the 360/PS3.

Apparently there is an ISO of the complete or nearly complete Propeller Arena floating around.

"Bullshots" is the word for which you are looking.

Maybe on the PC, but the console versions will certainly have some rough edges.

Perhaps downloads in the U.S. are superior to the service we get in Canada from Sony. That's the only conclusion I can come to given that system updates, game patches, game downloads, and other downloads from the Sony store here in Canada on my 100 MB Shaw connection take a ridiculous amount of time.

Game updates on my 360 take literally seconds to download. It's a weird disparity.

I absolutely love my PS3, but I hate the download speeds.

Who is Marcus? Best friend's ex-wife's neighbor? Talk about a tenuous connection. At least, that's what my sister's ex-husband's cousin's uncle told me.

Anyway, I was hoping to make $6502, so I guess this is not for me.

Agreed. I've only traded in games that I already had duplicates of and was able to purchase cheaply and trade in for more than the purchase price.

I keep all of my games. Trading in for credit is a suckers bet and essentially you are just paying a grossly inflated price to rent your games.

If this announcement has any substance to it at all I won't need to watch the VGAs to hear about it.

"Pre-order now to avoid disappointment." LOL. There will be thousands of copies available on launch day from 50 different retailers.

I have 3 PS3s on a 100 Mbit connection. One is wired and the other two wireless. Updates are abysmally slow, especially on the PS3s connecting wirelessly. 15 to 20 minutes on each machine.
