I think where it stands to be pointed out is that Shinen are a proven developer and the guys making No Man's Sky aren't. The game sounds amazing on paper, but can it deliver? Also No Man's Sky doesn't look out of place as a download able PS4 title, but this screen shot of Fast Racing Neo puts other eShop titles to shame on the WiiU. Hell it looks better than many 3rd AAA titles on WiiU for that matter!

We want Fast Racing Neo!

Because if you followed how they pointed out flaws on MK8 not being 60fps constantly because it alternates to 59fps ever other frame. It just shows how they are deflecting and trying to bring a negative view onto Bayonetta 2, a game that needs all of the positive feedback it can get.(Simply because it deserves to sell well not because it has a 500 million dollar budget behind it).

I'm not defensive as much as I'm tired of mainstream products becoming successful because I...

Destiny is mediocre so let's try and bring down games that are actually good! Lol
Gotta love the gaming community

The PS4 and XbOne have games out right now that drop frames as well.

But what you are not giving credit to with the way songs, movies and games are purchased on iTunes, is that 1 purchase enables you to spread that content across multiple devices. Even though cross buy is becoming more prevalent in the console market. Nothing beats knowing that I paid for this game, movie or song and can instantly put it on my next device when I upgrade or whatever.

It's not about that, it's just going to show you that if you put enough money and hype behind a game you can make it successful no matter what.

I personally just hope that this doesn't become the trend of this Gen! Throw millions and millions of dollars marketing the game and it will sell regardless. Not knocking if Destiny is good or not, but Watchdogs fell into this same category.

Do people not understand that MK8 will climb right back up to the top of the charts come this holiday? Those bundles are going to fly off shelves because people are not going to pass up the chance to get SmashBros along with MK8.

I don't think it was about porting games, it sounds like Nintendo is interested in 1 development environment. Similar to how iOS games are developed once and supported on multiple Apple devices.

Nintendo already stated earlier this year that they want to move towards an environment similar to Android and iOS for its development environment. Which would be a great avenue for them to go in and supply great games to multiple devices at once.

At this point why release game? Their most recent comments about WiiU owners certainly didn't earn them more sells and if anything maybe Ubisoft just helped Bayonetta 2 gain more notoriety for the system. I would rather people that were remotely interested in Watchdogs go out and pick up Bayonetta 2 instead.

It looks like it uses the Gamepad in a unique way to from those images shown.

Yeah I don't think the talks were ongoing at the same time. They probably were considering Mario, because of the Fluud device and maybe give him a new power up to turn himself into liquid form. I'm so glad that they chose to make a new IP out of this though, it gives more freedom in the future to expand.

What I'm more excited for is that this game came out of nowhere at e3. So just imagine what other games Nintendo has in the works... The secretive side of Nintendo can be extremely frustrating at times, but when they finally unveil a surge of information it's pure madness. We need another January 2013 Direct to start the year off right!

I think that Nintendo really needs to establish the eShop in a way that mirrors Steam's game sales. If people start hearing more about great and amazing fire sales on the eShop and continue to promote game give aways with new software purchases. It will do wonders for sales.

Yeah but this is not the argument that most people tend to use though. Most people continue to say that this and that multiplat game isn't on the WiiU, so that's why you should own a PS4 or XbOne. Personally because of Steam sales, I would totally pick a gaming PC over the other 2 for 3rd party games. If Nintendo was very smart, this is the core gamers that they need to appeal to! Start an aggressive partnership with AMD to give rebates towards a new WiiU for anyone that's purchas...

Why do people say crazy stuff like this? There are plenty of indie games on the eShop that have received regular updates already. They had a great opportunity to get ahead of the curve on the WiiU and they will probably scramble to make a WiiU version after they see how well Mario Maker sells.
