You do know how hypocritical your statement is right? Every Assassin Creed game holds your hand and is designed far more for the casual audience than most core Nintendo franchise. It's the sole reason that these games today have very little to no replay value, because they are so easy to beat. Not even about a level of difficulty, but more about just watching the story unfold and then you're done.
It seems like most people that own at least PS4's care more about 3rd party games than anything else. Naughty Dog games are really the only selling point of a PS4 for me, but the console isn't worth that alone when you can buy majority of the games on PC.

The denial is real when it comes to a positive Nintendo NX rumor! Wow just look at some of these responses is it due to allegedly how good it is supposed to look? It's just a rumor people you don't have to feel threatened at all...
Hopefully they just make the NX compatible with Oculus instead of making their own. The industry doesn't need so many individual dedicated headsets to push VR.

3rd party companies didn't actually ditch the GC because of the disc size, they actually went to Nintendo and asked for a more secure console media storage beyond what DVD because the PS2 is probably the most pirated console in history.

You really need to look at the debt to asset ratio. Sony has a high amount of debt and bad credit, plus the worth of Sony is as a whole company not just the computer entertainment section. Nintendo can afford a lot more than they take chances with and for some reason people think they will be bankrupt next year or something...

The article states that the game is already being considered for game of the year nods, which is a premature thing to suggest at best. Since it's not like this developer has such a long and great track record of putting out AAA games. No Mans Sky still isn't proven to be a good game at all.

They wouldn't exist! Nintendo is probably the only publisher that would do anything good with Banjo/Kazooie. You guys act as if everything Sony touches turns to gold, when in fact it's a couple of studios that are excellent at what they do. All of Sony isn't on Naughty Dogs level of quality when it comes to game development.

I 100% agree with you and many companies do this everyday. Sony may only hire 5 people total, does that deserve a whole circle jerk of good guy Sony responses. The more I read articles like this, the more brainwashed the industry is becoming.

I just wish they would release it already so people can stop with all of this unwarranted hype for everything VR. These current consoles can barely muster 1080p 30fps, so what makes people think that the VR games will look anywhere close to the regular non VR games...
The games created for VR will take a hit graphically and then everyone that was arguing about visuals this and that since the beginning of this generation will be some of the biggest hypocrites.
