Not to mention, im sure that Nyko or one of the other 3rd party accessory makers will soon have an extended battery pack out for the GamePad.
Dude that's pretty damn funny there! Haptic graphics and boobs... As soon as I read that, all I could see was Peter Griffin doing the PS4 commercial. Lol
Im pretty sure this very same thing was said about the PS3 over the 360 and for some odd reason Multiplat games are still being compared between the two! So much for using a years extra time to put in more advanced tech over the competition... I think if history serves us correctly, then we should all probably wait to compare the games from the 3 systems before claiming visual superiority so soon!
You must be trolling at the fact of stating you thought the gamepad would have been lighter! Most people are pretty surprised by how light it is for such a large controller.
Did you say fail when neither Sony nor Microsoft didn't include HDMI cables with their respective HD systems? I didn't think so...
Not to mention that many people on this site really believe PS4 will ship with at least 8GB of RAM, an SSD HDD, Blu-Ray 2.0, high end custom CPU and GPU chips, USB 3.0 and host of other Ports and specs not yet defined for $400 or less! Get real people...
I have to agree about something you said. The rumored PS4 specs really aren't that impressive for what people have been hyping it up to be and im taking it into account that they have a marginally powerful dedicated GPU to run in tandem with the custom APU. Yes it will be more powerful than WiiU, but many Sony fans claim this system will make WiiU look SD in comparison. I hate to say it folks, but those specs will not achieve such a feat... If Michael Ancel says that Rayman was running us...
And that was a very insightful interview that most here probably forced themselves not to acknowledge, because he was speaking the truth about the WiiU! I believe him when he stated that for years to come we will see jaw dropping graphics on the WiiU... Only 12 days left now :-)
Because he stealth trolls! Some WiiU articles, he says if he's getting one and in others he comes out and says that he's not interested and will wait for the PS4... All I think he should do is stop wasting his and our time commenting on Nintendo related topics if he's not impressed at all.
The 3ds isnt selling at a loss anymore and I thought that Nintendo specified that it is the basic model that is losing them money, because the system is currently costing more than $299.99 to manufacture.
I don't understand why people are disagreeing, the game has already been announced for current gen systems...
Way to much heat for these type of closed cased systems to have that kind of power right now! We would be so lucky if these systems push close to 2Tflops... Remember, both companies are hoping to have reasonably priced systems as well. Just look up the prices of a GPU that can push 2Tflops of power, they are still expensive. The CPU and GPU aren't the only things that go into a console. People can't expect Sony or Microsoft to have the most cutting edge CPU and GPU along with the next...
Lol... Well I don't know what to tell you on that!
Happy waiting I guess...
This posting won't see half of the responses as a negative WiiU article though, because it paints the WiiU in a very positive light and many just don't want to believe that exists!
Great news indeed...
How does one even let that statement form on the keyboard... TLOU does seem more survival/exploration, but horror its not!
All of the questions that the interviewer asked were things that I really wanted to know about! Something that piqued my interest was this quote,
"When testing our first code on Wii U we were amazed how much we could throw at it without any slowdowns, at that time we even had zero optimizations."
Once again a developer mentioning how they were able to run things with zero optimization.
Here's also something that has never been mentioned before about ...
Hands down one of the best inside articles about the WiiU and its potential to date from a developer...
I hear your frustration about this matter and understand completely where you are coming from on this one. But even from someone that has never played a GTA game at all, I still know the value that a game like this would mean for Nintendo in their push for the core audience. Especially while they are launching a new console at that! Rockstar knows how much their franchise is worth and probably wants to make little to no investment at all if it is ever to see the light of day on a Nintendo con...
But for those of you that bought the 3ds, Nintendo gave out some pretty conservative battery specs for that as well. They were very close to what is projected on the GamePad. But I always got a good 6+hrs in before needing to charge it up and they stated that it was only suppose to get 3.5-5hrs before charging. My guess is that the GamePad and 3ds use the same battery in each probably... Im sure it cuts down on costs, since they are already using the battery in another one of their products a...
