Once the PS3 fanboys and 360 fanboys all stop trolling, there will finally be peace in the middle east.
Mine has it and I never use it. I played Shadow of the Colossus and RE4 when I first got it, and the GOW games again. After that I haven't used it. Been having too much fun with the...um....PS3 games. Turns out it plays those just fine.
Knock off the $100 for Wi-Fi on any of the examples and it's still more expensive...so what was your argument again?

How about they fix it from overheating in its current box, rather than try packing it into an even smaller box. Their RROD failure rate will jump from being in the 50% to like 100%.
How about the fact that it's a good game, or a long running franchise, or it added a new gameplay feature? I saw all of the people whining about how they hated the controls and such, but there are people who actually will play games that are different, and not Halo. So quit acting surprised that it sold well. It was a good game, not everyone hated it.

To the guy who said you get a platinum trophy for doing nearly impossible things, wrong, you get platinum trophies for getting every other trophy possible. Platinum is basically the trophy that says 100% completion of trophies.
To the guy who says trophies aren't required for every game. They are now. As of January this year, Sony requires trophy support for every game.

It's pretty much been stated that Sony will release their updates quarterly. From what I've heard, 3.0 was being guessed to come out in december. That would be the 4th quarter, so clearly another FW update will be planned for the 3rd quarter.

Basically, the advertisers don't want people watching their content on Hulu using a TV, because they would rather you watch the shows as they air because the ads shown as they air net them more money. Hulu has been doing this with alot of 3rd party devices that can access the site. Many devices made to stream to your tv have lost the ability to use Hulu because Hulu doesn't approve of these devices being used to access its services. I'm not sure why they have a problem with this, it has something to do with not getting credit for the ads they place. I'm guessing the PS3 was only able to access Hulu this long because it was using a browser, and someone at Hulu finally decided they needed...
I don't get the big deal about cross game chat. Why is this is feature that is such a big deal? I guess I'm not a social gamer, so I have no use for it. I would prefer Sony working on some other cool features. I guess cross game chat is for those same people who have myspace, facebook, and twitter accounts.
I just can't get behind this streaming stuff. I paid alot of money for my tv, so when I watch things I like it to be great quality all of the time. I tried even streaming from my PC to my PS3, but I'd just rather watch whatever it is in HD. I'm spoiled now. I used to download Weeds and Dexter, but I don't like the lower quality, so I now pay for Showtime so I can watch it in higher quality.

These messages are not aimed at everyone who plays video games. These messages are for people who don't have any common cents. I regularly play video games. I'm graduating with my bachelor's degree a year early with a 3.65 GPA, have a wife and kids, and work full time. This message clearly doesn't apply to me or others like me. In addition, my kids play video games. I would say the play less than 5 hours a week. My daughter asked us for books for her 8th birthday, no toys or video game...
