All of Microsoft's projects are separated and expected to more or less function on their own. If the 360 causes a loss of money they won't just pull money from the OS profits to cover it. Yes, the company as a whole may reap the profits from all of their products, but each product has to survive on it's own or it will be given the axe. Not saying the 360 is failing because I have no clue about what it brings in for the company, just saying that if it did indeed fail to be a successful bran...
Clearly you've never seen the trophy system.
...just...wow...how do people like you even find the internet? You are a prime example of why parents need to monitor their kids' internet activity. Tell your parents to stop failing at life.
I take it your weakness is punctuation?
Wow, M$ fanboys sure like getting c0ck slapped, because I'm sure they're going to line up and buy more useless Xboxes.*
Would he take poo and scoop out the insides to replace it with the insides of another piece of poo? Yes, yes he would.
Microsoft's target market are tools.
Logic has no bearing with some people. Logic would have also shown 360 owners with RROD moving to PS3, but they just kept buying more. We now live in a world where too many people see everything as disposable. Instead of buying quality products, they'll just buy another piece of shoddy hardware because it's "the cool console, and all my friends have one."
You know, I used to wonder if the whole RROD debacle never got fixed because MS knew that a majority of these users would just go out and keep buying a new one. Now I'm positive. Many are predicting that these banned Xbox owners will move over to PS3, and I'm sure some will, but MS has learned from RROD that dumb people will continue to buy new consoles from them no matter what they do. They have built their sheep empire, and they have perfected their herding skills.
Really? Really?!?! Are people actually taking anything serious from someone who doesn't know the difference between "A Eight Days Ripoff" & "An Eight Days Ripoff"? Listen, if you can't figure out simple grammer, fine, but if you are writing an article that you think people will take seriously...ugh. I'm done. Just learn to f#@!ing write or get another job.
Too bad this isn't a PS3 exclusive, imagine how breathtaking it would have looked...
I didn't much care for the racer game. PixelJunk Monsters was a fun game, and my wife and I put many hours into it, bu at the end of the day it was their take on a tower defense game. Then Eden came out. I was so pumped by that game. It was original and very unique. I thought PixelJunk was finally breaking out and this would be the start of some truly amazing games. Then I heard the next game was going to be called PixelJunk Shooter. Wow, how generic. The gameplay looks like it will be...
If you can't spell something as simple as "their", don't write articles. I'm so sick of people thinking they have something valid to say when they clearly have no brain.
How else are they going to make up for all of the money they have to spend fixing faulty Xbox's?
Yet when someone throws out a number like "54% of 360's fail", the Xbox fanboys cry foul.
Now I will say that Brutal Legend seems like it will be a great game. I enjoyed the demo. That said, they were clearly not shooting for anything graphically with this game. The game is almost last gen with the graphics. Graphics are not everything though, so I will still likely enjoy the game. Just kind of sad that they aren't pushing all aspects of the game to the max like they could.
Original = weak?
The PS3 has the ability to do in game music and screenshots. It's up to the developers to put the functionality into their games. So it is not the PS3, but the developers who are failing.
GT will still probably give the game itself a mediocre review.
