This almost comes off as proof to me on how old that engine is. If Flash can use it, how come something 50x as amazing isn't being used? Why isn't there an Unreal Engine 9 by now?
Making the game fit the weakest link isn't exactly an accomplishment. I would have been happier if they'd spend the time required to make each one full advantage of each system. Although I do understand the why that might be more costly I would be curious to see if it made any difference in sales if a company tried it once.

If they can, then I hope they do. Because right now devs have the option and they don't do it.
Now the big thing will be for devs to support this. My biggest issue with the PS3 and PSP this gen have been actual implementation for cool features that Sony doesn't force devs to use. Remote play for PSN games, in game music, in game screenshots to name a few. Awesome ideas, but devs need some motivation to implement them otherwise they won't add the extra work.

I agree, and I also didn't really care for the fact that when snapping out of cover there was no animation, and you were just instantly staring at a wall. It's a decent game, but things like that can take me out of it as well.

I have a full time job, school, wife, and 5 kids. Yet I plan on playing more than 3 games over the next few months. I play at night to wind down after a long day, usually about 2 or 3 hours after my family goes to bed a couple of nights a week. I can beat a game withing a few weeks. This means that 3 games might last 6 weeks. What after that?
Oh, I think I was reading too fast. They said catwoman is DLC or included with a new game, but they must have been talking about the skin. I guess I figured with DLC being announced they had to have something besides skins and made the conclusion that they meant playing as Catwoman. My bad.
