Except we know that's fake now. There have been MP previews for hours now.
It's not nearly as ambitious as described in the "leak". But then again, that was info from a forum so it was always suspect. Still sounds pretty solid.
I'm not even gonna get this game as I only have a 360, but I want it to succeed. I loved Bioshock Infinite and grew weary of the ceaseless nitpicking that followed the bubble peroid of pure praise. Anyway, good luck to you ND. Between TLoU and SoD, it's good to see that Telltales' Walking Dead was the sign of a new lease on life for games with zombies.
*ignores riptide*
Wait till the Last of Us dissection begins, and people start to pull apart every flaw over time. I see it happening. Good games can't be just good anymore.
Some of these things sortof sound like State of Decay, actually except that's single player and has a ton of RPG elements and sim things. Is this a forum post? Hmm, I'm not sure how much I believe of it. Although it would make sense considering ND hasn't said much and promised big, so I suppose it's possible. Sounds promising.
One of the reasons I'm getting a ps4.
Alright, I was raised on a genesis and as such I will always have a hope for a good sonic game. Sonic Colors was solid, this looks even better, too bad it's not coming out for this gen or the PS4. Sonic Lost World actually looks really good. But this may be a solid exclusive for the WiiU.
Maybe now we'll get a good one on consoles again?
Tbh, I don't care about GTAV. Because R* will do the same thing it always does, realease a game with an cool story that drags toward the middle and then gets weigh down by bad mechanics. To me, It's between Bioshock and TLOU so far (Unless TLOU fucks up somewhow). If Watchdogs lives up to it's potential and a new 3D Mario comes out this year, then throw those 2 into the running as well.
Square doesnt even deserve Eidos. Blaming that company for failing even though they are the only ones producing quality out of the publisher where the japanese side has f***ed off creatively. Gimmie a break, Square Enix.
Let me turn it off then.
@4sh0w
Agreed. People really underestimate the short term memory of internet mindshare. $600 for the PS3 at launch? YLOD and RROD? The 3DS failure? People buying Betshda's games by the millions despite their bugs? The original Steam client?
Seriously, people need to chillout. It just makes me laugh because people seem to think they're is no way in hell X1 can succeed. If it's anything, the games indsutry has taught us that the future is as turbule...
a $300 price point would be a pretty big get.
Really anything under $400 would garner them good PR.
If Sony is smart they would charge $399, take a hit, but come out better in the long run.
In time we'll all see what's what with the next gen.
It's too early to say anything defintively about x1 and PS4, all though the WiiU has just made me scratch my head repeatedly.
Cod ghosts, lol.
Does even use Killzone or Watch Dogs, but uses a game from a series that has prioritized gameplay over graphics to a fault. COD games stopped being visually impressive in 2009.
I'd love to see Crackdown 3. An actual sequel to the original crackdown.
MY eyes are searing.
You can see the detail in the effing denim of his vest.
For MS's sake, I hope this is the case.
There needs to be a lot of clarification on used sales, and MS needs to get their messaging completely clear for better or worse. Forcing Gamestop to take a smaller cut is brilliant, but this activation fee has to be handled in a different way that exempts lending a game. Like, what if you can lend a game, but you can't play it from your drive as a result until someone returns the rights? What if you have a set limit? Hell what if the price is $5 instead of something crazy $50?
Excellent!
Can't wait.
