We know there will be games. Anyone with eyes and have paid attention for the last decade knows sony has tons of studios to make exclusives. And we know multiplatforms are a given. MS had to show more games because they have really fallen off in terms of providing exclusive experiences you can only get on a microsoft platform.

Sony continues to show that they have learned so much this gen, after stumbling at the outset. They've gradually come into their own again, and are reaping positive mindshare is rewarding their patience. Anecdotal, the gamestops at my store has 7 X1s pre-ordered. This same store has 30 ps4s pre-ordered.
I mean I'm proably gonna get watch dogs and planetside 2, so it's no damage really.
I feel like there are 3 exclusive games announced for launch.

This is my most anticipated PS4 game. One of my games of the show. It looks impossible gorgeous and the combat looks butter.

These are potentially all goood games.
My problems is that almost all of them are coming in 2014, and the generally innocuous slightly aloof way Nintendo presented them just felt wanting.
I was literally the first pre-order at the GameStop near my house.

I wish this was coming out day one, instead of in the launch window.
But it's always a man, because these companies focus test 14-18 year old boys who obviously want to control men.It's a vicious cycle. It's not as simple as "play what your given". the young male demographic is the most profitable and thus piloting the decisions of the most monolithic publishers too scared to take a risk and too reliant on safety to see them through to big sales.

So how does this affect your ability to lend games, sell games, by used games? My mind is real hazy right now, with other things to deal with this double speak. An explanation would be lovely.

Question is, what PS4 game am I buying at launch. Since, Infamous isn't launch, gonna get Watch Dogs like I planned, download Planetside 2 and hopefully secret ponchos.
I thought it started off a little slow, kept a brisk pace, slowed down. Then when they got to the PS4 indie stuff, that's when it really hit it's stride. And then it's stride kept picking up exponentially and then they delivered 4 concise blows that won them the E3 crown

I was just talking to someone about this today. The technology makes it possible for open worlds with incredible density and size. THe current-gen was the age of the military shooter (fps in general). Next gen is all about detail&scale.
