The perk system in CoD4 has got the be the most balance system I've seen in a very very long time. It's exceptional.
For every Martyr there is eavsdropper, for every juggarnut theres a or a last stand or gun combo they'll moe them down regardless. Seems like you need to up your skill level dude... just saying.
I mean, you dont really have a choice in what mapps you play at any given time so if some people don't buy these maps and they're the next map inline on the lobby then what happens?
Do the people who don't have the maps just get kicked and they go search for a new lobby? or will the lobby system know how has the new maps and who doesn't and thus direct you where appropriate.
'Course this would be a none factor if the maps were free. Seeing as CoD4 has been a heck...

I just don't think I could handle yet another FPS. I think it actually affects my IQ negativly the more play FPSs.
I have about 3 FPSs I plan on buying this year and that's it. Bring on the TPSs, RTSs, TBSs, Puzzles and all the other s's.

Hundreds of dollars on a messed up hardware that's like playing digital Russian roullette with and possibly thousand of dollars in software and peripherals that you may not use cause of faulty hardware.

Sure the game's not hot but still MS shouldn't be losing all these exclusives with it's 3rd year on the market and install base.
Developers are seeing a shift in momentum for the PS3 and it'll be getting most games that were thought to be 360 exclusive.
Games like Bioshock, Mass Effect etc are virtual locks for going to the PS3 - book it!
MS doesn't own Bungie not even a little bit. I don't get why people seem to be totally baffled by this. XD

Last year the PS3 had 2 FPS exclu. and one of them is timed.
This year it's looking like it'll have 3 of them.

Don't tell me you're giving me a last gen console cause the games are fun anyway and "here, look, a new control setup". A control setup that neither the 360, PC or PS3 fanbase would give up their current controls for.

You're talking out your rare cause you have no clue what copy of Lair gs and other reveiwers got.
It's likely they also didn't get retail version cause editorial reviewers hardly ever get retail versions unless they actually go out and buy it.
