Take a good look at why the PSN HOME feature is a virtual lock to not jsut succeed but rage outraeously with sucess.
Things like this will come to be the norm for the likes of HOME owners. Easy virtual access for game developers looking for a job, companies from other sectors using it as a meduim.... and you know the military is licking their lips already with this sort of thing.

To me, editorial reviews are archaic and past their due date.
Community based info & rating system is more the way to go seeing as user created content is a desired destination for the general community.

... this guys reviews were at first entertaining maybe cause it was a new take on delivering reviews (with this pseudo EMO type rant delivery mode) but I must say this dude seems to show how much of a douche bag he is in real life the more he reviews games.

I have no issue in buying a EA published game if it's good but I'd be crazy to buy an EA developed game.

I just can't trust ANY editorial reviews any more. Sure, this maybe as good as they say but these guys take so much incentives and ratings this gen are so sporadic I just don't take ANY review seriously at all.

The game was great for it's time but we've evolved way past those mechanics and been spoilt with top notch production values. I can easily see a lot of 360 gamers buying this going

A vast number of the PS fanbase find "achievements" (the way they're done onthe 360) rather pointless and would prefer something with substance.
We generally don't give a rat's ass about braggin about a numerical figure but rather having a certain item for others to see shows them that you did something great but that doesn't neccessarily mean you're a better gamer than someone else which is what a lot of people on live tend to view acheivements as.
