Pal world isn’t surprising when you factor it’s only on one console and that one platform is g selling all that well.
PS5s too, there’s only 40m units or so sold so far. It’s doing well but on Steam there are almost 100m users. The only way you’d get higher or similar console numbers would be either multiple platforms or at the very least multiple generations of hardware (PS4 & PS5).
I find smoke works really well. Smoke the objective areas and if you all use it you can keep the smoke up constantly. It’s rare that the enemy poses much threat through the smoke.
Just a correction, the game has 14(?) primary and 3 secondary guns at launch. Actually a lot more than 8!
I don't see any cons to the system personally. I've already unlocked enough super credits just by playing the game to unlock the next premium pass and I think you can complete these warbonds quite quickly. Plus, if you don't... that's perfectly fine since they stay there forever. There's no FOMO.
They're really not battle passe...
Isn't the Spiderverse game not real? It wasn't on the roadmap in the leaks.
Spiderman 2 wasn't projected to turn a profit at this point in time, they will sell ~ 20 million units of Spiderman 2 across its lifetime, and make a hefty profit.
The game released in October and has sold more than 6 million units at the time the leaked information was written, it requires what, 7 million to be profitable. I would expect it to hit 8 million or more units by the end of this years holiday period. After which everything generated from the game is pure pr...
Hard to imagine how it would make 100m. It’s pretty unpopular and it’ll be in deep deep sales soon.
Probably some strategic reasoning based on how the numbers are tracked rather than the label itself.
Physical almost always works out more expensive when you factor in game sharing. For instance I just bought Baldurs gate for £30 splitting the £60 cost with my girlfriend.
Buying two copies would be £120.
It’s unsurprising that most reputable outlets won’t platform a game that helps support an influential bigot (Rowling). So it’s easy to see why people distanced themselves from it.
My friends that saw it thought it was a disaster and they’re FNAF fans. One of them has even read all of the books. Supposedly there’s a lot of FNAF books, I never knew.
No way. The final shape is the end of its current narrative ark. They still have tens of millions of players, there’s no way they’ll throw that away.
Post final shape might mean Destiny 3, or it might mean a revamp of Destiny 2, we don’t know. But Bungie won’t give up on the series, it’s literally their lifeblood.
Inscrpytion should be higher and I think BPM deserves a mention.
Actually he tries to let them know that they’ll be arrested by the police. He’s more trying to warn them about the law so they don’t get themselves into a bad situation in the firework case.
It probably is very difficult to do without a lot of forward planning due to the licensing stuff. When I used to work with Lego studios they had a massive back and forth with license holders whenever they wanted to add anything related to characters that weren’t already signed off.
So it’s possible but it’s one of those things that gamers think is way less work than it is.
I think Fallout 76 has improved a lot but it's still not a great game in the end. The problem is more at its core with how it plays. The endgame PVE and PVP completely loose all of the survival elements and end up being very irrelevent as you run about at full speed in power armour slaughtering everything to farm events and whatnot.
I don't know, it always seemed like a game with a bit of an identity crisis to me. It wants to be a surivival MMO but it doesn't k...
This interview is one year old Fox. It’s not a reaction to the recent news. Easy to miss that detail though.
I think they’d see it as an issue when anyone did it. But who else does? As far as I’m aware Nintendo and Sony don’t. When I used to write reviews they were always easier to get codes from than Microsoft. The only others I can think of were Japanese companies like Square, but I just found them harder to communicate with rather than actively blacklisting me. Activision we’re the easiest, even when writing for a small publication they used to send me everything, even when it wasn’t requested.
Full roster leaked months ago and the Switch version looks like you’d expect for a game as high fidelity. Not really much news here.
Agree I think it would be a massive missstep to split their development resources between different hardware again. Their hardware thrives off of first party exclusives all funneling into the same device.
Thinking in isolation I'd love to have a PSP2 or Vita 2, but when you start to think about what that would do to the PS5 support, I don't think it's worthwhile. They're already doing a fairly poor job supporting the PSVR2, why anyone would think an additio...
For real. They really screwed this game up. 2 years later and 'oh we might think about adding crossplay?' seriously just get stuffed. You'll be lucky if people even pickup your next game.
