Prerendered? nope... the cutscenes are, so that the game can be streamed, avoiding loading times. Hell, the first Uncharted looks quite a bit better than this game...

Er, why does this pic show sonys banner there, not crysis 2?

Not likely, it won't be sold till november at latest and unless it's real cheap (like 49.99) then it just won't happen.
Then again big predictions help build up hype, so that's probably why the predictions so high. It'll probably make something like 3mil, I imagine there'll be some kinda compatability with Halo Reach and a Halo bundle which will boost sales over the holiday period.
You clearly have no idea what pre-alpha means. It doesn't mean the same thing for each project. Killzone already had the core mechanics set in stone from Killzone 2, the only thing that's in pre-alpha is the new content, enviroments, enemy AI, weapons and whatnot.
The other stuff is of course, looking good.
Doesn't look too bad, and the idea is that everything is excessive, if you don't like that. Stuff like absurdly sized explosions, particle effects and muzzle flashes then you're not going to like bodycount.
Oh come on. They actually said in the interviews that most of the ISA are gone, and you are now vastly outnumbered (whereas in KZ2 it was the other way around), the game is just Sev and his buddies killing everything.
Seriously, why is this posted as a rumour.
Move is going to dominate in shooters? lmao.
You guys have never played a Wii shooter. It's not a matter of accuracy, it's the fact you don't have a 360 degree pivot. So you turn REALLLY slowly, either that or you snap turn in 90 degrees each time (not sure if any wii shooters offer this but it's an alternative solution) but then it's very jerky and you still have to use the slow movement for turns which aren't 90.
Some people don...
You point out several perfect examples of why this iteration probably isn't going to be like that. Inaccessibility doesn't make money-sense.
It's quite easy to believe actually, when you think about it with a competent head on your shoulders.

#2 Mostly on-rails games
Hey anyone know if this is planned for PSN? I liked EWJ.
Edit: Nevermind. "A remake of Earthworm Jim called Earthworm Jim HD was released for Xbox Live Arcade on 9th June 2010,[9] and one month later for PlayStation Network and WiiWare" http://en.wikipedia.org/wik...
No offence to anyone but I can't see any Natal announcement being 'huge'. Really the very best an announcement could offer would be Natal support for a pre-existing title, I think if a Natal only title were to be announced there would be more people annoyed that there community is being segregated, and controller users left out in the dark than there were people happy about the announcement.
There are significantly more PS3 fanboys on N4G, than 360. It's the same on a lot of gaming communities, this probably brings about this feeling you're getting.
I'm a self proclaimed PS3 'fanboy' (as in I own a playstation and probably wouldn't buy a 360 game even if it looked good primarily because I dislike the brand) however I don't see it being any worse, there's a share of 360 fanboys trolling articles. Less admittedly but that follows th...
Get Y3, it includes all the cutscenes from Y1 and Y2 so you can catch up if you wish to, Y3s story doesn't really relate significantly to previous iterations either, so it's a good one to pick up the series with.
@jackburton what use is that, the average consumer won't watch E3 anyway, post E3 media coverage and marketing influences sales and hype, not the E3 presentation itself.
The article is dated, it's not without context.
Not to mention that this article will sink by the time whatever Sony have up there sleeve is announced.
PC come first for a sports franchise? it's not even one of the genre that particularly benefits from graphical superiority or keyboard and mouse controls, so there's half the 'superior on PC' argument gone.
Not only that but 90% of the games base is on console, why? because and I don't quite like saying this but most of the kids playing the shovelware sports franchises are kids. 8-21 area. Not that others don't too, mind you, I'm just saying the s...
Looks good for a downloadable game. Hopefully it's cheap.
Well in England, the Move adverts are pretty much in every electronics retailer, none for natal though. If it's the same elsewhere, then I can see why this would be very much the case.
I never see any Natal adds.
1) Microsofts conference will be filled with multi platform releases anyway so this would make perfect sense without suggesting exclusivity.
2) The countdown is to Sonys conference.
Dchal I didn't mean it like that, I just thought that whatever banner was up there would be staying there for the show, not just for them to take a photo then take it down and put another one up.
Heh.
