You should look up a tv show called Canadas Worst Driver. You would be surprised how bad of drivers are out there.
For the PC version they just are using brute force instead of optimizing. I've got a 4gb gtx 760 and if I use ultra settings and use FXAA I get 41fps. When I switch it to high settings with fxaa I get 44fps.
Turning every setting down a notch for 3fps shows how little it's optimized properly. I would expect 10 to 15fps jump for turning every setting down.

Well when you do a benchmark with a 780ti and 2 780tis in sli and the performance gain is only 8fps. There is gonna be lots of complaints. The difference between the Radeon 280x and 290x is 3fps difference.
At least there is fixes for the stuttering issues.
It was extremely easy for me. I bought the bridge raise hack and used that to get away. That and the pop up blocker hack make it really easy.
That wasn't what I meant. When you get hacked by another player coming into your game after the event is finished there is a timer so that for the next x amount of minutes you can't get any more players in your game. You can go into the players game who tried to hack you and hack them back. But you don't get 2 players hacking you within 2 minutes.
The devs said that after someone comes into your game and it's finished that no one can come into your game. If it doesn't interest you there is a feature to disable it but that seems to take the fun out of it
I perfer WASD. I have a wrist rest and it's more confortable to stay with WASD. It's also a pain to have to rebined all of the keys for every game you get. If anything I use WASD and instead of using control, shift, alt or z I rebind those buttons to the buttons on my mouse.

Infamous Second Son sure had a better resolution. Watch Dogs is about density with so many different survelience missions, 75 vehicles to drive and over 100 hacks. Infamous has a small amount of vehicles that vary in color that AI drive around and you get the random missions but are very limited in there variety. But there are other things such as anti aliasing, SSAO solution, texture quality, shadow quality and how high of physx that are a part of the game to...
Especially if you buy cd keys and OMG the steam sales. I'm not even gonna play that many games during the summer. I love to be outside and let the games pile up for when winter comes around.

Sure they can cater to lower end rigs. But that is were the adjustable game settings come into place. I mean Watch Dogs is ready for 4k 60fps capped. But you can still turn down the settings and play it on most rigs.
People with a higher end rig wanna use its power as well. The more people interested the better.

I built a PC with an I5 4670k, evga superclocked 4GB GTX 760 and a 750 watt modular power supply. I spent $1,300 Canadian on that computer. Probably more around $1,100 to $1,000 in USD. Unless you go retail how in the world do you blow $3,000 for a gaming laptop? Could've put in a Titan for $1,000, a I7 4770k and all really great parts that would've blown Watch Dogs out of the water and I would still have money left over.
