The Wii had a 100 million install base by the end. Say a game comes out and sells 5 million in the first couple of weeks. It continues to sell because there is still 95 million potential customers. The Wii U doesn't have that install base. Eventually most people who have a Wii U will own Mario Kart 8 and then the sales will plummet.
The CPU handles everything that doesn't have to do with graphics. Enemy spawn points, music ques, tracking enemies, UI, tracks how many bullets you have, triggering a death animation or tells your gpu to do which kill cam when you get that perfect headshot.
Some games like Watch Dogs which has a lot of AI around all the time can be demanding on the CPU. Real time strategy is where the really CPU demanding games are at though. R.U.S.E is a perfect example as it had the cap...
It is getting old. However it keeps me up to date when a new version of the mod comes out.

Using a different computer or laptop you can easily put the operating system on a USB flash drive. Then once your computer is built and it turns on just plug it in instead of inserting the operating system disc. =P
Great thing about building a PC is how much flexibility you have.

Then instead of the video card take the GTX 750 ti and throw it in there. It wasn't out before he made his list. It's a low power graphics card but plays Battlefield 4 better then the PS4 and Titanfall better then the Xbox One.

Here in Canada Sniper Elite 3 is $60 right now but all other games are $70. In the US it's probably $50 retail.

Fact is those E3 files aren't optimized properly. That isn't the modders fault though. That is Ubisofts fault for that not being done. If we seriously expect a modder to go in, change the files and optimize the game to make it look...

I just went onto my wishlist and put on The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt, Batman Arkham Origins and then Middle Earth Shadow of Mordor. Why try to win games that are on sale? Haha
Well upgrading the frostbite 3 engine and making levolution work with the engine can be a lot of work for a developer to do. Normally just upgrading the engine and making a game is a lot to do. But them adding on toppling skyscrapers, a crashing ship into the mix did add a lot more then they could handle in the time frame they had. I bought Battlefield 4 and COD Ghosts. But I'm moving away from multiplayer because they screwed them up so bad.

It's the best platform for PC gaming. Not sure why people would leave dislikes but not answer a simple question.
Download it, buy games and when your in game you can go into the threads easily and chat with others about in game problems or how to get a mod working, ect.

Jeeze. So far I've Bought Dead Rising 3 for around 37, state of decay for $5, Both Amnesias for $7 and I'm waiting to see if I can get The Elder Scrolls 5 Skyrim Legendary Edition, Bioshock triple pack, Fallout 3 GOTY edition and Fallout New Vegas Ultimate edition for under $10 each.
I just bought the game like a week ago. Dang nab it why do they announce these things so close to release day? I was waiting for it but I'm not spending extra money since I literally just got it on steam.

Most likely the prices on cdkeyprices will stay the same. So if you wait it out you could potentially get a better deal on steam and if it doesn't show up cdkeyprices will still be waiting.
Really Phil. People don't have an infinite money glitch in real life and they use youtube videos to decide what to buy. If you want almost everybody to buy your game make a better product.

Well my 4Gb GTX 760 with an I5 4670k gets stuttering with Ultra textures and temporalsmaa so I'm going to use this. I don't like TheWorse mod because the bloom is overpowered making it hard to see during battles and the DOF slider makes it hard to aim further away as well. Wow. Most of these files are KB in sizes but this one is 1.1GB. Either it's not going to be compressed or it's going to be one huge file when I unpack it. Haha.

I'm on the same page as you. It's the same way with third party DLC. Just because the dev has there hand in Sonys or Microsofts pocket one of the sides looses out on gameplay. At least give the people who loose out on the exclusive DLC $5 off or something.
I'm just wondering if gamestop gets there exclusive DLC. How long until more retailers do that so there sales don't plummet? Then gamers will be missing out on lots of hours of content.
