Check out this mod by Kadzait24. It's ridiculous how insanely detailed this mod is. https://www.youtube.com/wat...

There won't be the next next generation of consoles for probably 5+ years. They could be on Watch Dogs 3 if Ubisoft is going to treat this like they did Assassin's Creed.

This is so crappy. I hope they find the people who did this.

Modders don't have to worry about a whole lot of things that the devs do though. Sure they can change some graphical settings and make them look better. However they don't have to work with level design, character scripting, animations, random AI generation, AI crimes, when AI should or shouldn't call the police, police chases around the city when they split up and cut you off(pretty smart AI), not to mention this is a brand new IP and things such as basic design has to be thought...

I agree games can be made better with modding. But if it's already perfect how can it be made better? I mean the definition is "having all the required or desirable elements, qualities, or characteristics; as good as it is possible to be." There wouldn't be any room for improvement. =P

To bad I can't get SweetFX to work with Windows 8.1 64 bit. It crashes because windows 8.1 doesn't work with Direct X11. I can get it to work with Far Cry 3 by changing it too DirectX 9 but I don't even have a choice with Watch Dogs.

There is a lot more then resolution to a game. There is different texture qualities that varies from low, medium, high, very high and ultra. Then there is a whole list from shadow quality, physics quality even to the point of anti aliasing the game uses.

A developer could make a game 1080p with low everything and no anti aliasing. It would be true 1080p native however it wouldn't look very good.

Then lets factor in how big of a screen a person uses. The b...

Nice. I'm not big into multiplayer because I don't have my pc plugged into the router so I don't have a consistent enough connection and I kinda gotta buy a air conditioner which is about 3k. So I can't really afford to get an electrian to make another outlet so I can plug my pc in.

I was excited for The Evil Within but I'm kinda afraid(pun intended) that it's not going to be that good. I played Outlast and it is my favorite horror game to date. But af...

TXAA really doesn't work on Watch Dogs very good though. It blurs it so badly and doesn't take away the flickering.

It works great in AC4 Black Flag and Splinter Cell but in Watch Dogs it's horrible.

I love this because during the winter time I want to be inside and just relax with a game. During the summer time I am outside a lot and I do play most games when they launch.

Out of that list I'm going to be buying Dragon Age Inquisition, Assassin's Creed Unity, Middle Earth : Shadow of Mordor(my most anticipated) and GTA V.

GTA V would be my most anticipated but I played the heck out of it on the PS3. Can't wait for the PC mods.

I got into the beta. But the framerate isn't 60fps. It's dropping to like 30fps and stuttering really badly.

I can't run Watch Dogs like it's supposed to. I got a I5 4670k and a 4Gb gtx 760. But even running ultra settings, high textures with no anti aliasing and it still stutters even though I have double the VRAM that is required. Plus it stays above 40fps so I know that isn't the problem either.

People expect games to be the greatest thing they have played yet. The issue with that is if it's not all they do is complain. People should try lowering there expectations so if it's not the perfect game ever made they can actually still enjoy it instead of being pissed off and not even enjoy the game. Then the games you don't expect to be great and turn out to be great it'll blow you away how much fun it is to play it.

Really depends on the persons attitude...

It does start to look better but the way that guy was moving it around so quickly would give a lot of people motion sickness. I wonder how many rounds a person could play before they would vomit.

I'm also expecting games to be announced for 2015 at E3. Seems like next year will be the year that next gen could really take off.

They have my attention. Just want my 100fps on my PC and I'll be happy.

I got a gtx 760 as well. But I think of it since next gen consoles rolled around games are going to get more and more expensive to make to take advantage of the hardware. Outside sources helping Ubisoft can be a good thing by takilng some of that financial burden off. Especially since they got 10+ studios helping make there games.

I know what you mean by it'll run like crap on AMD hardware. But even look at Watch Dogs is struggling on Nvidia hardware as well.

I felt that way with Metro Last Light on the PS3 as well. I actually didn't get to play 2033. But I built a pc 3 months ago and then they announced redux, the remakes. So I can't wait to give that a go. Where ever I read people are talking about how great it is.

It's a good thing that the classmate survived. But this will most likely cause things like post traumatic stress disorder and at such a young age to have this happen. Sad really knowing that the victim could have images of the other 2 stabbing him/her and how this seriously could screw up his/her life.

I just built my first pc about 3 months ago. It's a lot easier then it sounds. There is a crap ton of parts buying guides on google or videos of people putting together computers on youtube. Amazon and newegg are good places to get parts from.
