Developers don't make games for high end PCs. Not all PC gamers have a high end PC plus to make a game that detailed it takes more time and an upgraded engine. So while development costs rise the number of people that can actually play it goes down. That is why gamea have a high frame rate if you have a high end PC. The more power it takes to run the game the lower the frame rate will be.

In PC gaming there really isn't a last gen or next gen game. You can have older parts but downgrade the resolution, anti aliasing and different graphic related stuff. It's really just upgrades and if you wanna set up 3 monitors side by side then you need a pretty awesome gaming rig. If you go back and play older games with the graphic cards we have now we can max the frame rate.

I just beat outlast last night. First person is typically better for horror survival games then third person. Another thing was the enemies look way to slow. In Outlast an enemy sees you and you have to run, close the door behind you and find a place to hide. It gave a great rush and when you find a place to hide your just hoping he doesn't find you.

The game has been in development for 5 years already. They can't continue to try to make the game forever. Ever heard ofdevelopment hell where it gets pushed back further and further to the point they can't waste more resources on it.
More computing power and less development costs doesn't add up. On last gen consoles they ran sub hd resolutions. But since the games looked descent if the devs skimped on some corners they would blend into the game. Sony just picked up Cory Barlog who is putting together the third Santa Monica team. With how much they are expanding they need the extra room. 4 or 5 times the amount of space is crazy. I see big ambitions in wanting a space that big.

I use the turtle beach px4 headset so I'm not sure if this will work for you. But if the audio is cutting out I turn my tv off and back on. When it turns back on the audio doesn't cut out anymore.
I'm gaming on the PS4 and if Planetside 2 comes out with almost no bugs I'm gonna pack in Battlefield 4 and stick with Planetside 2.
At Gamestop for the Xbox 360 or PS3 you can pick up Tomb Raider for $15. The good part of Tomb Raider is the single player campaign and the story is the same. Only better draw distance, better face, better hair and uprezed textures.

There are still glitches like when characters shake up and down glitching through the ground. When a building falls on one specific map the frame rate drops to like 10 fps. The game crashes. In battlelog when you try to invite a friend it freezes.
It probably would've launched with 1,000 other bugs though if they did keep levolution in it. Imagine fog drops down and it blocks the bullets. First get the game playing great and then worry about levolution.
How's about they give us a month they expect to release Watch Dogs.
I find it ironic since developers were praising Microsoft and Sony for going X86 architecture yet Battlefield 4 is broken and nba2k14 is literally unplayable for many people. Just goes to show they can't be lazy. The games have to be properly coded.
