What people should keep in mind is the price & content. The scorpio is likely to cost $599, maybe if MS is generous they can squeeze the price down to $499 but no lower. Not to mention most XB1 games can be played on PC these days.
PC remains the overall best option for most games. For many, consoles are generally only purchased for exclusives & local MP, Microsoft is putting all their good ones on PC, they just put Halo 5 on PC the other day!(granted it's only forge & custom but still, very much Halo).
If I want to play God of War, Days Gone, Horizon, Spider-Man, Death Stranding, then PS4 is my only choice, & PS4-Pro offers better quality if you're willing to pay for it.

Capcom in particular, you have countless great franchises, bloody use them and use them properly. It's possible to retain the Japanese charm, but that doesn't mean sticking to PSOne gen mechanics or only rereleases.
Battlefront has some nice parts but is far too lacking. Would have been a great arcade game but without clone wars, story content would have made a full game and a competitive galactic contest mode would have been appreciated.

I'm not for piracy in any way but you seriously can't believe this. Piracy creates a form of competition where publishers have to price content reasonably enough so that people prefer to buy the original supported content.
