If Sony really wanted to show us an accurate mock up of the PS4 retail display...all of those shelves should be empty because every store is going to continue selling out of PS4 games and consoles. Lol

This isn't media spin or a conspiracy like some biased people claim. Every major gaming and tech magazine and website is praising the PS4 because the system is impressive and deserves all the positive praise it has been receiving. This isn't a knock against MS or the Xbox One. A lot of people are just simply more impressed with the PS4. It is what it is. Either way, congrats to Sony for continuing the positive momentum leading up to a successful launch.

It doesn't matter if Edge is biased one way or the other. The fact is that for many years, Edge was heavily a pro Xbox gaming site. So it's a huge accomplishment for Sony that they were able to convince a site like Edge to favor and endorse the PS4 for next gen. In fact, based on a lot of people's comments on here and on other forums, it would seem Sony has been converting a lot of former Xbox supporters to the PS4 these last couple of months.

The thing I like about watching Jack Tretton interviews is that the guy always comes off humble, yet intelligent. And he never beats around the bush with his answers and is always direct and to the point. He has a genuine connection to the gaming community. Even if you're a MS or Nintendo fan, you still want to have respect for this guy.

No surprise. When it comes to answering questions and communicating with the gaming community, MS has been beating around the bush for months. I wish MS would realize if they were just more direct and open with gamers, they wouldn't have such a negative image right now and gamers would be able to trust them again.

Unfortunately for Microsoft, articles and opinion pieces like these are becoming normal among the majority of the gaming community. MS has completely screwed up the introduction of the Xbox One and all of their flip flopping and poor communication with the gaming public only continues to hurt their image and reputation.

MS seems very confused right now about what direction they are trying to go with Xbox One and seeing their top executive jump ship didnt help matters any. ...

Microsofts bad public relations continues to get worse. This guy was the face of Xbox one these last few months and now he's abruptly jumping ship to another company before he becomes the scapegoat and blamed for Xbox Ones low pre sale orders by the MS Board of Directors.

More examples of Microsoft back peddling after putting their proverbial foot in the mouth. I understand MS is trying to rebuild their image after the PR nightmare they have suffered these last several months, but it seems their "damage control" gameplay is doing more harm than good. The last thing MS should be doing right now is making ridiculously negative comments against either Sony or Nintendo. It just makes them come off sounding petty.

More last minute flip flopping by Microsoft. Then some Xbox loyalists wonder why I said in an earlier post that MS looks very confused right now. Halo 3 and AC2 may have been very old games, but at least they were big franchise titles. Now to make things worse, gamers arent even getting that anymore. No surprise why PS4 is ahead in pre-order sales at every major video game retailer.

@michaelLito - so by your logic...pre-order sales have nothing to do with a products overall sales performance? Your excuses continue to amaze me. Also...you continue to show how clueless you are that you can't understand how Amazons simple sales charts work. Xbox One may be #3 this week, but overall for the entire year, PS4 is still the Amazons 2nd highest sellling videogame product of 2013, while Xbox One is all the way down at #8. Also, "wish lists" dont count for anything. F...

@CGI-Quality - don't even bother asking MichaelLito a question. He makes ridiculous and biased comments all the time and if you call him out on it, much like many N4G gamers are doing right here, he'll just ignore you and move on to make more biased comments in other articles. Most of his comments are filled with disagrees, yet he continues spreading misinformation and trying to pass off his opinions as facts.

4730d ago 2 agree0 disagreeView comment

@MichaelLito - basic common sense. MS is only offering one option, the launch bundle. Sony already sold out their launch bundle weeks ago on Amazon. Demand for PS4 is so high, that Amazon had to open up 3 new bundles which offer different games. Some Sony gamers prefer the Killzone bundle. Others might prefer the Watchdogs bundle. So now what happens is the PS4 sales charts get spread out while Xbox gamers have no choice but to buy the same one available launch system with no other options. ...

@MichaelLito - my fellow gamers, don't mind MichaelLito. Hes a bitter and biased fanboy that spreads lies and misinformation all over these forums. He's mad at me for catching him in a lie and calling him out on it. Now he's lowered himself to personal attacks. Just look up his last few comments. Many of his biased comments have racked up disagrees in the 40's and 50's and one of his recent comments passed 105 disagrees and was blocked for "trolling" and he lost ...

@MichaelLito - How is the multipayer "hidden" behind PSPlus? Jack Tretton made a point to highlight it during the Sony E3 show. And during all the post E3 interviews, Jack never beat around the bush and directly answered all questions in regards to adding MP to the Plus service. I personally don't agree with it, but I certainly can't say Sony is trying to hide or deceive anyone like you are trying to imply.

I can understand after a fantastic E3, many Sony g...

You raise some very good points. Competition between the 3 companies is good for all gamers. I personally don't want to see any console leave the gaming business. Everyone is entitled to an opinion on which system they think is right for them, as long as they do it honestly and without bias.

@Gamecents - another bitter Sony-hater that is commenting on an article he didnt even bother to read. Whatever helps you sleep at night.

JokesOnYou and Redgehammer are obviously bitter trolls that continue to make themselves look clueless by commenting on articles they obviously didnt even bother to read. But hey, whatever helps the fanboys sleep at night.

Its amazing...the more Microsoft tries to defend themselves, the more they just come off looking clueless and confused.

That is pretty damn impressive. Sony once again proved the haters wrong and turned the PS Plus program into the most successful gaming content service available today. I've been a satisfied PS Plus member since day #1 and I look forward to continuing enjoying this great service through the next generation and beyond.

Just wow...over 117 award nominations. As if the gaming industry needed any more proof of Sonys dominance at E3. Congrats to Sony for showing everyone how it's done.
