Gamers are by nature adrenaline junkies, and with CoD, it's easy to get a rush as grenades spam around you, or you sneak up and knife someone. And due to the fact that there is little penalty for dieing, gamers can run around like chickens with their heads cut off a whole match with little care and somehow still win.

To be honest, I kinda wish this game would work with custom soundtracks. If it would let you interact with your own music, then it would be really interesting. As it is, the game seems as tho it's not possible to lose from the footage I've seen.

The only people GS steal money from is the people selling them their old games.
For example, someone buys a game new and keeps it for a few months, Later they trade it in and all they get is a few cents on the dollar for what they paid for it. Then GS sells it for a hefty profit to the next gamer. This is where GS is making their money, which is not at the developers expense.

So true, I have yet to purchase a single SE game this entire gen.
Used to be the first FF game released by Square soft was the best game of the gen, such as FF7 for gen5 and FF10 for gen6. Since SE decided to "Westernize", aka cater to the 360, the first FF game this gen has been the biggest disappointment they have ever released.
The only hope I have of getting a good SE game this gen so far is vs13. It looks to be the best FF game yet.

This likely has more to do with VGCharts than with any of the gaming companies. VGC has been using publicly released NPD info to create their historically correct sales data. And since their data matches that of NPD, VGC has been gaining market/mind share in the gaming industry.
This creates a big problem for NPD as they are spending resources, securing lucrative contracts, and must abide by many federal laws just to collect the data they are selling.
