Funny how comments on an article on how Nintendo's boss tells the company had no clue how much work was needed to develop games on their new system turns into a jab at Sony.
The Wii U is a mess, 8 months into the system and this is what they come up with. It still feels like the system haven't launched yet and their 1 year head start on competitors seems useless(and is..).
They've always had 2 systems, not an excuse, the explanation is quite simpl...
ReversalS.
That wouldn't be the first time X1 steps back from a controversial decision.
At that pace they could have the PM from Quebec to be their spokeperson...too bad she has a lame English :D
The PR moves made by Ninja Theory were baaaad.
Right off the bat, they blasted PS3 owners for not buying Heavenly Sword(which ironically sold 500k more than Enslaved with PS3 and 360 combined).
Still a very enjoyable game.
Out of this list, I bought Freedom Fighters, Enslaved and Singularity. Singularity is the closest to "amazing". I really enjoyed the game, the plot but it really could have been way better, Bioshock like great.
I want a PS4 even more.
I wonder how the presenters didn't fall asleep.
ONE moniker and all the things you can say with "one" in it...Nintendo like cheesy.
TV integration...Done by Nintendo.
That part of a window for a second running application...I know, I've been running Windows 8 for months.
Voice command...boring. Oh, let my try that again...still boring.
And the console itself, wow, my old satellite recei...
That's crazy what people can do with MsPaint and 5 minutes to loose, that'd be the worst if it was even close to this.
A fat kid will have problems keeping pace even in the 1st k of a 5k.
Nintendo threw an underpowered system, with old 3rd party games, very few 1st party games under the bus. And that haven't changed that much in the last months and it doesn't look like it will neither.
Meanwhile, you have the PS3 and 360 with 3rd and 1st party games at their peak and very powerful gen coming up in less than 5 months.
The price is also way too high for...
I don't think EA are bitter, they're rather disappointed that Nintendo offered a system less than current gen.
If you look at Australia that has strict guns policies and video games violence/sexuality policies, they're not missing much.
There are some banned video games, but they're pretty bad titles and the reasons they were banned for are legit.
Take off your tea party glasses and look into issues with some common sense.
Heavenly Sword could have sold more and break even if they would have trophy patched the game. I guess they didn't believe in the game.
I'm pretty sure Sony will put it in the hands of Sony Santa Monica and we'll see a Heavenly Sword 2 on PS4.
Mordin curing the genophage was really a moment!
Totally, the "Mmhh... weird..." comment almost confirms it.
They should try to Batman Beyond the GOW series and an old Kratos would mentor a Spartan fan of his and he would give away its powers to the new guy.
I really like Kratos but he's been everything, human, immortal, god, dead and I think it's time to see the real downfall of the character.
Developers have confirmed that the PS4 has a bluray player but maybe down the road we'll see a lowcost, high HDD space PS4 without a bluray player.
They played that game with the PSP go and would expect them to redo it with the PS4.
I must say I agree, if it's holding back the console makers, and I know it is because BC is a b****, why expect them to do so.
Consoles have a 7-10 years of life, that's fair after that amount of time to see the makers move on and not include BC and users should also move on and if they are not quite ready, well then wait a year or two to get the new system.
We'll see how well the BC/Gaikai feature will work, but that could be a witty way of shutt...
That TMNT at 13 brings back some bad memories. I liked the game, but as a 8-9 years old, I stuck at that last level.
Only NES games I've never been able to complete...
I'd say it's more because PS3 has now a big pool of owners and they want to maximize all the time they spent on GT5 by creating a 6 with the same but enhanced engine and experience.
Too bad Netflix announced in December that the PS3 was the most used streaming device for its service...
Hell yeah, along with Borderlands 2, that may be the game I enjoyed the most on all the ones I played on PS3!
