They may have the money, but, the culture and work ethic of the teams involved just don't even come close.

Also the PS4 and PC crossplay is by far the biggest combined pool of players already. The other angle that confuses me is that I miss out because my Xbox and Switch friends won't be able to play with me because the people that actually want to game with me bought PS4s and if they chose to not buy a PS4 then its their choice I'm not losing sleep over what other people do.

Cool I can play 1000s more games on my Xbox 360 too. I wouldn't spend $500 to play old games I already own and played when I could get new game experiences instead.

Cool you got a couple great looking games on the X whereas the PS4 has almost all the same games and a ton more exclusive games. Its definitely a better tradeoff. Culdcept, Ace Combat, Beautiful Katamari, Tales of Vesparia, Magnacarta were exclusive to the 360 then add in that they actually got Tekken, Soul Calibur, DBZ, Naruto, Dark Souls and all the biggest Bandai Namco games were on 360 as well. If anything its the most franchises from Bandai to ever hit a Microsoft system. Whereas name a Bandai Namco exclusive on Xbox One?!!!

How come Oliver Twist hasn't said anything about free to play games on Xbox One behind a paywall since you need a Gold membership, but, brings up paying for online? It doesn't follow your narrative? What other major games have crosssaves and crossplay? COD, GTA, Fifa, Assassins Creed and most major titles don't or did they change that all recently? Is Bethesda the exception?

The last 2 got forgotten amongst higher profile games BOTH releases and you think the 3rd one in the year you got 3rd party gems like RD2, Spiderman, God of War and not to mention juggernauts like 2K19 and COD BO4 and you think 3rd times the charm? History suggest otherwise. This one is probably headed to even worst sales. It ONLY had a 25% increase with additional platforms over the previous one when it was exclusive. Its a far bigger prospective pool of buyers so that is terrible.
