I think people underestimate the PS4 in general which is unbelievable since it keeps destroying those sales. The PS4 hasn't dropped to $199.99 officially and has a massive library of amazing games and more on the way. I love my Switch, but,the kind of games on the PS4 just has something for everyone. What on the Switch will compare to Resident Evil 2 Remake? Kingdom Hearts 3? Sekiro? Call of Duty? And on and on that list could go. Too many 3rd party games no...
I'm super excited for 2019 so many good RPGs. Trails of Cold Steel re-releases are going to be amazing to play. Its pretty crazy how many of those games are going to the Switch and PS4. Unbelievable that theres only like 4 games on that list headed to Xbox.

PS4 hasn't been at $199.99 outside of a couple sales so I don't understand how anyone suggest that the PS4 has no chance of repeating this year. When it does get an official price cut the PS4 will spike again. Just look at the huge jump for the PS4 sales when they had the Spiderman bundle. Sales will be spike massively when they do $199.99 and have TLOU2 bundle?
I find it hilarious that we got guys like Krib flip flopping around and having to hide behind 8th vs 9th gen arguments. The Xbox is losing in the time scale as you point out. Customers do NOT care about what gen it is. Nintendo is absolutely destroying Xbox is FACT. Both Nintendo and Sony easily dominating Xbox. I don't see Xbox coming back and somehow overtaking either Sony or Nintendo. Look at that the 2 systems with the most and best exclusives are selling the most consoles.
I would suggest its Red. Persona 4 when it went portable was called Persona 4 Golden only because Yellow would have been weird sounding. Just a guess though. Remix or Reloaded makes sense as well of course.

Gaining traction? How so? If they're losing to Nintendo and Playstation more every month how are they gaining? They're about to be overtaken by Nintendo in just over 2 years when they're on year 6. Both the top selling systems have the best and most 1st party sales and you think thats some kind of coincidence?!

Who cares about which generation it is? The Xbox One X is pretty much a gen above in terms of specs as well. Regardless general customers do NOT care about generations. Nintendo is dominating Xbox in mindshare right now. FACT. The Switch in its 3rd year will overtake Xbox in their 6th.

Extensive BC?! Its pretty limited. If you wanted 'extensive' then full catologues of games were available on the PS2, PS3 and WiiU. As for Crossplay, PS4 still has the biggest list of crossplayable games for consoles.
Its a saving grace that Xbox list is only 3 titles. The PS4 list could have been top 10 and it would still be missing so many good games this year has been fantastic for the PS4

Its really easy to see you're not being objective when you make fun of SoTC remaster, but, fail to mention that 2 of the 3 Switch games were also previously released WiiU games in Smash and Tropical Freeze. Regardless the games remastered or not are excellent games.
Thats a pretty good list. I'm personally interested in most of that list. 2019 lookz to be an amazing year so far.

Oh the irony. Hasn't got a complete understanding of the story and all its plot points, but, everyone else who played it is 'reaching' and 'stretching'. Wow just completely idiotic.
Thats just one of the most idiotic statements anyone could make. MS always had more money every gen they've been a part of. How many of them were won by Xbox? Sony won 3 and Nintendo won the other. Pretty sure they'll both be fine. Both Sony and Nintendo have strong 1st party studios and are recognizable brands. Sure Google and Amazon both have a lot of money, but, MS just proved having more money doesn't mean you'll instantly have talented studios ready to go.
