Exactly. You simply dont make a mistake with such things. FarCry 2 runs at 1080p on Xbox 360 and only 720p on the PS3 -- the darn boxes say so(!).

Clearly the problem is with the economics of the PS3. There is just no incentive to deliver equal-quality titles on the PS3, becuase the revenue cant be generated.
The lack of install-base and the low-attach rate ends up making 3rd party PS3 games a loosing proposition.
And, its *not* going to get better -- the video game industry is never forgiving to "3rd place", and clearly the PS3 is falling further behind in 3rd.

I dont believe LBP will outsell Fable II.
Why? LBP has a more limited audience; being a less familiar / attractive genre (platformer). PS3's install base is vastly smaller, and the PS3 owner doesnt by nearly as many games.
I'd wager LBP will sell 500-700k lifetime.
And, if you have a trouble with that, compare against R&C: ToD, its lifetime is only 1.3M and it is a vastly better known title.
While I (generally) agree, VGchartz is useful when other information isnt available. Its not worthwhile to argue that vgchartz numbers have more authority than NDP or MediaChart, but without other information, its worthwhile to discuss.
That said, I dont think *anyone* expects anything less than stellar sales from Fable II. Its very highly anticipated, breaks a lot of new ground in the genre, looks fabulous, has great online-play and has been getting STELLAR reviews.

The expansions San Andreas and Vice City made GTAIII exciting again. The DLC expansion for GTAIV will do the same.

I bought both expansions for GTAII. GTAIII: San Andreas and GTAIII: Vice City were great expansions; I'm very happy we'll be getting better value by having this expansion delivered via DLC instead of having the cost of the whole new disc.

But, I do agree, MS wants to get as many Xbox 360's connected to LIVE as possible.
