Because the fanoboys want to know which system he learned about sword use and then praise/critize accordingly.
First off its good to see no 'my console can beat up your console' stuff.
I had a guy break into my house. I woke up as he went into my room. He was pretty surprised that I rose right up out of bed and took off. The police officer that came over said I had the right to shoot him if I actually had a gun. Anyone crazy enough to break into an occupied home is crazy enought to hurt or kill you. I would hate to take someones son/father/friend/brother away from them via self defense but woul...
Amen to that.
Do your homework on the difference between g and N. Spend a few hours researching and not on any gaming site. Then ask that question.
G is a saturated bandwidth. Your neigbors WIFI can cause interference, a microwave running in the house, some cordless phones. The benefit of N is not just the speed it is also that it is much harder to get signal interference. That is also why it is more stable than G. Worth it.
You are on n4g. Most of these guys are argumentive and contentious a good part of the time. That disagee might have been because someone thought you were pro xbox 360.
As for me. I am pro wired connection. The only wireless I will do is N. So for the 79.99 ( which was Amazon usually sells them for) I will get the adapter--finally. N is much more stable guys. Google it and you will learn why. That adapter is not much more than a PC wireles N adapter.
They make quality games. Sure they are not going to win any graphics awards but they are all good games. I have around 500 games and I play the ones that have good gameplay more than the ones that have great graphics and ok gameplay.
Got one at launch. Well worth the 599.00 price. How about you? Did you buy at launch too?
I will wait for the superior version on PC.
true dat!
My launch ps3 was well worth the 599.00
My 66,000 BMW was well worth it for the performance
My 50.00 per year (I pay 30.00 since I am a cag'er) for XBL is well worth it for the robustness of the service.
Some of you guys can not see the forest for the trees. I think some of you are too cheap to appreciate a good thing.
BTW: PSN has P2P and dedicated.
XBL has p2P and dedicated servers.
The bottom line is you get what you pay f...
Hey 64, great comments. Its nice to see a some well thought out comments on this fanboy site. Usually its 'FTW' and other crap like that for responses. Sony has their work cut out for them if they want to win. It will not be easy. Same for MS if they want to stay in second. We will win with lower prices on hard ware.
Nintendo has been dominating with 480p shovelware games. They have not even had to try anything to stay ahead. So its foolish to underestimate them.
Any...
See we should all get the wii versions of games. No issues there.
This is a SOny exclusive that I will buy at day and date. The other exclusives have been great but not enough for me to pre order and all that. Now I have to get my other ps3 friends to buy that too so we can go roam around in DC world.
299 elite is not a deal compared to a 299 slim. On the other hand the arcade model has some value still. I got by on my arcade with no hard drive just fine.
But of course, the fanboys will insist that every consumer will need an HDD and wireless and online play. Oh and Blu ray too.
Go away...
It failed because it did not have blu ray, or free online, or built in wifi.. Oh wait.. wrong article..
PS3 fanboys say the 360 install base is the same people buying a second or third console ( rational right?) so my question is: How are so many more multi plat games sold on the 360 as opposed to the ps3 when the install base really is not bigger? Right.
Sony has lost this years sales race in North America. We will see how next year works. 2010 will be the year :)
Even with out the Reach Beta I want it. I like the Halo story and want to see what happends to New Mombasa after Master Chief leaves. I always wondered what what so special about the guys in the all black suits and now I can see. Firefight will be alot of fun and it will be nice to have all of the maps for Halo 3 on one disk instead of my HDD.
I own about 500 games and feel comfortable saying that there are very few titles that are worth the 60.00 (comparatively). The controls ...
