Firefight is well worth the 60.00. I was kind of skeptical when I got the game but now feel it is worth the money.
If you play the game on heroic there is no way you can burn through it in 4 hours. I think the reviews are playing it on easy or normal. Halo is meant to be played on heroic or higher.

Are you guys aware of the mandate for publicly traded companies? Make a profit every quarter. That means they will sell you whatever they can for as much as they can for as long as they can.
Nintendo may very well know that their system is dated compared to Sony or MS. But how do you explain to the shareholders about spending more money on R and D when the 'dated' technology is selling fine?

They kept pumping those until until they got sloppy and ruined the franchise only to have Eidos try to bring it back to life with Tomb Raider Legend. My point is they can pump out as many as they want as they as they dont suck. When that happens the franchise will die a slow death.

I hate it when companies double dip. Cant they just DLC it. This is why I rarely buy AAA games the first 12 months they are out. I have not RE5 and was wanting it for 39.99 but now I will wait for sure.

Halo is a quality franchise. It may not be the all time greatest franchise but is near the top for sure. Considering how many games get released every year and bomb how can anyone think that Halo does not deserve its recognition? No one is saying that it is the best game of all time, but it is kind of ignorant to brush the franchise off as mediocre.
Why are the fanboys so pissed about this review. I have been a subscriber to Game Informer for the past 7 years(still have all of my back issues) and have seen them treat quality games fairly. That means Sony games get high scores, as well as Nintendos. So why hate on this positive ODST review.

I bought the game and have no issues. No one else I know has had issues. Of course that is a moot point since this lame article is seen as fact.
I like my launch ps3. That is how much I wanted that ps3 to come out. There was no need for it to go down to 399.00 or even 299.00-599 was a fair price for that excellent machine. Yet I still love my 360. That controller is much better than that tiny child sized ps3 controller.
