I was very torn with that myself it's good to hear a second opinion. I do think it's unfair to deduct the two points from MS but I'm fairly certain that the only reason they were trotted out was because of their status and not their work on the game. If they actually had something substantial to say about the game other than 'we kinda helped make the map' I'd remove both minus points. You pretty much nailed them right there, however I'm hoping to see something about how the Xbox brand will be integrated with windows 8. Whether it be xbox game compatibility with PC or XBL service making the jump. I don't care for Windows phones (and the sales have been lagging http://www.v3.co.uk/v3-uk/n... ) so I'm hoping they make XBL for iOS and Android ...

I agree that timed exclusivity is not the evil practice some make it out to be but your assumption that every time a 3rd party game releases early (or exclusively) on one platform is the result of being 'bought' is just plain untrue.

However, when differences of opinion clash, there needs to be a way to settle arguments without the bias of opinion. Think of it like a game of football (not hand-egg); two teams can play each other and team A could play fantastic, while team B doesn't put too much effort in. Team B could still put a cheeky goal past team A and technically win the match but technically they were not the 'better' side.

Never really been a fan of the Tomb Raider games all that much but the new one looks a lot more interesting. Especially since it seems to borrow so heavily from Uncharted, which I think is a fantastic series.
