Esram is a part of what makes it slightly harder to develop games on Xb One, in what way is pointing out that fact bitter or trolling? Yes it isn't directly brought up in the article but it is most definitely related.
It's just typical of the fanboys on this site to persecute anyone who even remotely criticises their console of choice. Nothing I said was malicious or falsified please direct your unwarranted anger somewhere else.
Great, let's hope developers take the time to add in correct button prompts.
I don't see how my comment is not related to the article, after all, the esram is part of the reason that "next-gen consoles are going to require understanding before we see the best of them."
Yeah pretty obvious especially considering the Xb One's RAM deficiency workaround (esram), which means it is now the most difficult to make games on.
I remember at E3 2012, before any console reveal, people were saying that Watchdogs looked next gen. I think if developers choose to port down from high end PC their knowledge of current gen systems will mean that as little as possible is lost in translation.
Pondering too much on what a game could have been with sole focus on the highest performing platform is futile.
If the xb one doesn't do as well as 360 it will primarily be because of their higher price relative to the competition. The competition has also upped their game considerably compared to their previous console launch.
Yeah you're right guess I should have said people who are interested in the game or something.
You just know there's going to be numerous comparison articles though and it would definitely make a good bullet point.
I'd say most of the people who would opt to buy the game at launch will be looking for 60fps. It's important (apparently) and it's doubly important when the game everyone is going to compare this to is running at 60, although without those cool dynamic time/weather features.
Note to Col Rodgers: Don't take game mechanic tips from your artists :)
Lol it sounds ridiculous but it's a game that a LOT of people are talking about and, as far as consoles go, it's only on PS4. Sony's indie focus will start paying off early for them.
I have to disagree here, I thought the article was shallow and the standard hit seeking 'VS' title is beyond Cliché now.
Like you mention in your lengthy opinion above the author missed out quite a bit of info regarding Kinect, as well as some of the finer sharing details of PS4 such as the ability to have spectators who can actually take control or interact with your game.
The writer doesn't go into ANY details on the differences in controll...
I agree but right up there next to price is their first party studios. After all not as many people would buy the console, at any price, if it weren't for the sheer volume and variety of high quality exclusive games they produce consistently over the life of the system.
According to your petition link...
"Sony has confirmed today -- July 1st, 2013 -- that they have purchased exclusive rights to Atlus Games, and they will delegate them to SCE Japan Studio to begin working on new Shin Megami Tensei and Persona games for PlayStation 4."
It'd basically saying that each game you own will have it's own screen built into the OS which can display statistics or any information from the game in real time. Much like the live area screens from Vita. This means you can see leaderborads/lap-times/trophie s and more without having to load the game up or navigate to a separate screen.
In the case of Driveclub I'm guessing it will have your friends best lap times maybe favourite cars/tracks etc.
What will the difference be? Would devs sacrifice frame rate, effects or physics in xb one versions to make up for the shortfall in GPU power?
Guess most people will be moving to PS4 for multiplats now.
Off topic, you've spammed this a few times now. Just stop.
That's not true, I got all the last ps+ stuff over the Web store and it downloaded on my ps3 almost immediately. Yes, your ps3 does need to be on though :) an issue that I believe PS4 will address with background downloads even when the console is in standby mode.
For some reason I'm unable to report any submission atm :/
Anyway this is a dupe...

I knew trying to reason with you would be pointless. Your ridiculous argument would only hold true if everyone in the world had exactly the same size hands.
Face facts though, even if the DS3 was perfect (which it is far from) you would claim the 360 pad was perfect +1.
No, what's amazing is how often that the difference between opinion and fact is defined in detail and yet people still try to assert their own opinion as fact.
Well these figures are pretty shaky given the source is vgchartz and preorder charts.
Wouldn't it be something if Playstation became the number 1 console for COD though?
