you have never shopped on cyber monday
Ordered one from Amazon and one from Target.
Will be interesting to see if I get what I paid for. One recept reads PS3 and the other reads "Grip" for some shit... 15$ shipping makes no sense though.
Amazon's site seems to be acting like this is legit, however, as it has not changed, the trade in-value is 22 dollars, and the list price clearly states the discount.
Would be cool to grab one of these bad boys
it wont get cheaper than this for at least 4 months new. if you want it, now is the time...
no release date delivery makes me a sad panda though
2 for me as well - damn!!!!!!!! oh well, thats 40$ credit.
ME 2 for the PS3 at 40$ just got a lot more appealing as well.

I remain undistributed.
After stabbing, shooting, and blowing up players online, a sown backpack is not going to "upset" me. Now, that doesn't mean I would sport it, or that I wouldn't laugh at those who do, clearly looking for attention.
I'm still waiting for a reason to fork over 200 bucks for 2 move controllers and the webcam. The new generic online shooter looks fun, and KZ3 and LBP with move control could push me over the edge...
but as of *right now*, I see no good reason other than shovelware and one good gem. I think the Microsoft's movement controller is in the same place - plenty of potential but not yet realized.
interesting link, at least.
When I purchase a 60 dollar title, I expect that will provide me with online play. The servers don't have such an expensive upkeep that they require, say, 15$ a month. That kind of premium is reserved for games that provide servers, customer support, and a constant stream of quality updates regularly... not for games that require small patches (in the case that their product is broken) and a running server.
to drive up views to their site with fox-news styled reporting.
Bubbles for being the first to point out this ridiculous quote. I laughed out loud when I read it, glad the hilarity wasn't lost on everyone else.
@ MintBerryCrunch
Is your first post a suggestion that they "hire" Geohot? Even if they see him as a valuable dev and skilled hacker who can improve their security, why would they employ a person who is well-known for leaking industry information. They would likely conclude (for good reason) that any information he got his hands on would be on the net within hours... that alone is enough to block employment.
@ Vaud-Villian:
Lol, did you really just suggest we only use 10% of our brain? You do realize that's simply an old nonsense statistic with zero backing. Way to try to sound informed and fall flat on your face :D
It has been a goddamn long time. Been waiting a long while - I hope it is Lair of the Shadow Broker quality and not armor-pack quality.
when it released it was far from an outdated engine... there is no way you're talking about Oblivion?
I consider your post a troll post, or at least promoting trolling/derailing posts further. So, way to contribute to the made up statistics.
I suggest a rotten apple and banana peel. Also mention he has wanted a playstation 1, but you've been waiting for the price to drop to something more affordable, like 40 $, and that your time spent acquiring this item, and the excitement it caused your son once he heard, nearly gave him a heart attack of joy. When he found out he did not get the system because of THEIR corporate mistake, let them know they will be paying for the emotional damage for the future psychologist bill, as well...
