@sdtarm - as much as I dislike it, the 50 bajillion or so people who buy every version of the game and the map packs for 15$ a pop disagree with the few of us who actually DO NOT care anymore.
Well, only enough to read about if they will keep doing yearly releases and kill the series themselves.

Personally I would be happy if they kept a steady flow of maps coming out until it reaches the 10ish mark. I already know all of these backwards and forwards!
I just hope they do larger map pack releases at reasonable prices (1.50$ a map seems reasonable to me)
agree, it's rather obvious as the CGI parts are largely reused from the VGA's trailer. The gameplay is certainly easy to pick out, there is still a noticeable difference between CGI and gameplay, even though the graphics are astonishing and very inspired.
Certainly a must buy and play Day 1 to till 500... and probably beyond, I'm still playing Oblivion when I'm bored. Never even beat the xpac.

Regardless, I will pay up to 9.99 for a large pack and 5$ for a 2-map pack. Worth it for me IMO, plus this game is still "fresh" to me.
I imagine a lot of people, like myself, got the DLC for free for pre-ordering or buying at gamestop/amazon/best buy. I believe they all offered free weapons and the map pack DLC code, as well as a unique Home item (whatever).
DA2 does use a Mass Effect like dialog wheel. DA:O and DA:UE did not, but DA2 will be in the final build. I bet the demo has it as well.
Man, I wish Skyrim would come out way before or way after UC3. I am going to be playing both an unhealthy amount... already preordered both.

@captain-obvious, an open world game on the scale of Skyrim, like previous Beth games, simply will not be bug free due to the freedom and mod tools they give to you.
I do agree that they should be LESS bug filled then the latest adaptations of Fallout (fallout 3 and all it's expansions, for instance)... that said, I do not find Oblivion to be overly buggy, only that it sometimes requires a reload so save often and it's not game breaking. That said, there is no way he can raise enough money to fight a legal battle of this scale. Sony will bleed his legal funding dry through months and months of grinding court battles. I don't know how this even made the news, or how that kid could spend 1,000 bucks on XBL in any reasonable period of time.
Just saw it is free on PSN+ right now. Cool, saved me 15$. I'm enjoying what little I've played, only about 30 minutes, but unique is certainly a good adjective for the game.
I agree, I hope they were for demo purposes and aren't all over the game. The combat actually looks really fun so I don't know why they'd go and ruin it with scripted melee events that take away skill 100%.

if it doesnt give it a run for its money it's a failure, this game is being released an entire year later and caters to a demographic that is more interested with ADHD type racing than sim racing.
I am perfectly happy with how it is now... And honestly, I would be okay (yet disappointed) with paying with 7$ for great classics like FF7-9, and even more for FF10 portable. I have saved MUCH more than I have spent on the subscription alone. The services offered on the PS3 system and the PSP system from PS+ has far outweighed the price I paid for a 3 month subscription. I will continue to subscribe, especially with cloud-saving around the corner.
