Odd... my ps3 looks amazing on my 42" LG OLED...
"I'm never getting close to that lair where the smell of cumstains over thoughts of waifus is incredibly concentrated, let alone the fact that the threads are basically circlejerks with fanboys getting on their knees and asking BioWare to take their dicks out. "
The fact that I
1) stand by what I said and,
2) Do not fully disagree
speaks volumes about how informative I find IGN.com.

Wow, I am so surprised! Sexism/Racism/ Any-ism and hate-speech on the internet? And in competitive online gaming? What is the world coming to...? Immaturity in video games!?
But seriously, if you can't take the smack talk don't enable communication, I've been called worse and spammed just as badly - and not even for a reason, just because I was topping kill charts. Just hang with that BS and enjoy that you pissed someone off that badly just by beating them at ...
I was a bit upset I gave the article a hit. It's just re-hashed info and guess-work. Bioware's website is about 100x more informative, as are their forums.
That is pretty impressive.
Only for people who take advantage of the bonuses. For me, the service has paid for itself nearly 8 times over. I wish there were video and TV show discounts, but that's my only real complaint. The new feature with cloud saving is only a major plus to me... so yes, I feel I get MORE savings and in general more from my money than I do from XBL. That said, I love XBL, but you kinda *need* to pay for it rather than have the choice.
ME2 has it's own set of in-game achievements, same on every system. You can view them on the Normandy in Shepard's cabin.
Yeah, this is a very stupid article. Obviously the PC version is superior. I've played ME on the 360, PC, and now ME3 on the PS3 - several times through on each (I'm obsessed with Bioware like people used to be with Squaresoft). The PC is far, far superior - at least that was my experience as I have a decent rig, good enough to play with almost everything maxed. The PS3 has a slight edge over the 360, and that's that. Enough of these stupid articles. Do you guys actually sti...
@RSPproductionz
Makes one wonder how the hell it passed QA, or if the game even had QA at all
I just played through it on Steam, it was fantastic and looked great (better than console version). This article is mostly BS. Only complaint I have is DRM.
I mean, FFS, the main complaint of the article is the price - how does that have anything to do with the quality of the game? There are PLENTY of worse games out there priced at 60 dollars during RELEASE WEEK.
Really poor article.
@PirateThom - do you have a link where Geohot says this? I've read the opposite. Not that it matters to me, I don't have a hacked PS3, I pay for quality games... and even a lot of poor quality games...
Just interested in seeing if Sony actually fixed this with a firmware update for the short-term which I had heard "was impossible due to the nature of the hack".
Edit: If you violate the ULA, why can't Sony brick your console? Or inste...
they certainly do have a case, it's not like he literally stumbled onto information that was not meant to be found by *anyone*. Let's say this happened to Microsoft somehow, you betcha ass they would take whoever was figure-heading the movement and try to throw them in jail as an example.
That said, I do hope they win because of some of the pure arrogance and attention-whore mongering this guy has been after. Besides, it's his hardware to blow up, stomp on, or a...
As much as I don't care if a lightening bolt hits her 10 seconds from now, it does take a tad bit more than looks to get that far. You need an amazing ability to bullshit, and an even more jaw-dropping ability to be lucky as all hell.
I will never understand the appeal. Is this geared towards 10-14 year old boys, or is there an actual audience outside of Japan for this? They almost never make it stateside for a reason.
that and the possible PSP2 announcement. Sony seriously is lined up to take 80% of my expendable income this year, I already just got one of their newer 42" OLEDs (very happy with the purchase).
If the PSP2's hardware lives up, and it supports cloud gaming of some sort, expandable HD via Pro Duo, I may bite. I had a PSP but after I realized there weren't enough games to justify owning it (already had a iPod for video and Laptop).
Really looking...
yeah, no screen was that big in 1980.
Half way through playthrough #2. I've had no real glitches besides a bit in the flying section of the DLC "firewalker missions" and had SEVERAL freezes.
That said, I wouldn't say it was any more than the 360 version or even PC version. The game freezes maybe 3-4 times a playthrough for me and really, whatever. I don't care, it doesn't change jack for me as it autosaves at great points and sometimes it pulls me away when I wanna marathon the game ...
i fine with the misnomer so long as the end result is the same: im playing a game I am interested, before it is out, legally, free, and online. Awesome. I'll call it my "beta try" with the game.
Thanks for the info - but I think I actually prefer getting ME2 with a 20$ giftcard to go with my other 20$ gift card. That way, when I have to spend the giftcard money, it will be nearly enough for a new game :) I planned on purchasing the two either way.
Deal breaker for me as well.
