I don't get your point. Yes there's a lot of filler in the list, but even just taking the F-M from the PS3 list it's looking like a better year for Sony's console. Quantity doesn't necessarily mean a lack of quality.
Sony just has more developers.

These are servers that the game publisher has provided anyway. The subscription fee doesn't apply.
I don't think RE4 is deserving of "Game of the Decade", or even that great a game to be honest. I enjoyed a game called Cold Fear a lot more (I played it before RE4) mainly because of the ability to walk while shooting.
The story in RE4 was completely idiotic, and I think that should be a pretty big factor in a Game of the Decade. I also didn't particularly like the gameplay (mostly, again, because of the "don't move to shoot" mechanic), but that's just my op...

They may have known and just didn't care enough to spend the time making new textures and finding the correct spellings for words, etc.
I mean I'm all for hating on MW2, but I honestly don't see an upside to spending that amount of time adding the correct language to one multiplayer map when 95% of people won't notice, and of the 5% that do, most won't care.

I don't see them going very far if they want to go toe-to-toe with Sony, Nintendo, and MS exclusive games. There may be some developer incentive to make games for OnLive, but they're gonna need a pretty big draw.

I also didn't think Bioshock was that great, but I thought the Big Daddy fights were pretty awesome and intense. I think I just hated the ammo management, with both the actual ammo plus powers. If the powers recharged I think I would have had a better time with it.
Also the endings were total crap. I did not play the entire game twice for some lame 30 second CG alternate ending.
