1. People who legitimately own a copy are under embargo. If they fail to abide by it they deserve what they get, especially if it is press.
2. People who are posting footage online are not being attacked by Microsoft as much as Microsoft is helping Rockstar and TakeTwo to protect their games. Which is something developers really appreciate.

Yep these disagrees are warranted. I guess the n4g nerds think it's worth spending $400 a PS3 with hardware improvements and new games.
To the average consumer there is a lot more new stuff offered to persuade them to upgrade.

This is very untrue. Zenimax received a 300 million dollar investment after Oblivion to create an MMO that has always been rumored to come to consoles.
That being said this is a piece of shit regardless. Bethesda has just done a very good to make it seem like it plays like ES games, but instead it plays like a generic MMO with first person camera view.

They tried to tackle DRM to help developers make more money and they are adding elements to make TV better to make it appealing to people other than video game players.

It has been 8 years since we used cords to connect to our consoles. Why would there still be a restriction of only 4 players playing?
Couch/split-screen isn't the primary multiplayer gaming anymore. Why would we still only make games 2-4 player coop?

Microsoft has sold at least 1 million more copies of CoD than Sony. Can't say for sure if this is the reason, but if I was Sony/Microsoft I would rather not find out.

It's not that they went online. It's that they are streaming and posting stuff from the game. If you own a copy right now like I do, and don't be stupid, you won't get a ban.
